Ordered an oatmeal with everything and they only gave me plain oatmeal. No brown sugar no dried fruit. I can’t go back as I’m already at work. If you have new people working please train them better because if I wanted plain oatmeal I would’ve customized it that way. If there’s a way to get my money back that would be great. This location is usually better than most but after this I’ll be reconsidering.

The usual good Starbucks fare including some new kinds of bread. This place has a nice patio right on the main drag in El Paseo so it’s often very busy and full. Today service was a little slow because of that.

I don’t normally go to Starbucks but my friends and I went today and it was good. The customer service was good and fast. The store was neat, clean, and set up really well to meet the Covid requirement. Of course the snacks were tasty.

This Starbucks has always been a good Starbucks. It’s centrally located, near all the shops and Has great parking facilities at the back. There is a little courtyard to sit outside when the weather is good, and it also has plenty of tables inside as well. The bathrooms are fairly clean too and the staff are friendly.

I recently started ordering from this location using door dash! I am extremely pleased with the service and quality of my drinks! Whoever the bar barista is today needs a raise please! Not only is the drink on point, but they took the time to say thank you to me!

The service is no good. Not very busy but all tables are dirty. Not the first time. We stop every Sunday after church but this will be the last time . These employees have to be trained to be cleaning the place when not busy. Starbucks needs to step up there game training there employees !

This location was on Palm Desert, CA…in early March. Nicely located store, very organized, covid protocols in place with with health safety screens at the BARISTA cashier stands. Staff was very attentive, courteous, friendly & knowledgeable. My drinks were made perfect, so was my husband’s beverage, who was very particular. The only gesture missed was an “upsell” to make my experience complete as i could’ve tried a pastry to complement my drink. Will be my definite stop while we here in town & in the future.

It’s located in a great spot on Paseo with great service. The reason it gets such a low rating has to do with retirement mafia that grabs all the outdoor seating and sits there all morning. Not only do the same people grab all the seats every morning but they are very loud making it impossible to have a conversation. I now go to the coffee bean located one block further down on Paseo.
