I am not from this area. I made a mobile order to this location which was not the one I was at. I called and spoke to someone told them my situation. It took me about 30 minutes to get there and they were gracious enough to remake my order. The food was fresh and tasted good. If I lived here, I would come all the time. Thank you

I took my 92 year old father to visit the cities he grew up in. We had a blast and the young lady helping us was very sweet and helpful. Restrooms were clean and stocked.

Delays and bad service abound. I called this place ahead of time and had a similar experience to the nearby McDonalds. Staff did know about the cheapest option that I was considering purchasing, but were relatively slow to respond. I would not recommend this place along with other fast food restaurants in the town. It does a disservice to KFC’s normally good brand quality.

No Senior Citizens discount when asked and denied. All other locations across the United States will give the discount, but not Barbourville Ky. Chicken was not done either.

Horrible food. The coworker in the back want to talk rude about me asking for a fresh fries cuz my were hard and old. And was a bad visit all around which is Horrible. So ya and not to mention my famous bowl barley had gravy so had to ask them for more gravy.

I don’t think it’s the employees but KFC has lost it’s quality. Overpriced mediocre food that is soggy as soon as it cools off. I ate at several different KFC’s and all same awful food. Chicken strips had flour on them and chicken wasn’t even cooked all the way, my kid had stomach ache afterwards. Food is overpriced, I recommend using app to order food you get much better deals and discount. Barbourville location staff is super friendly but food needs upgrades.

Hadn’t had kfc in a minute. And was expecting that old fashion chicken taste, unfortunately the exact opposite was true , it was agreasy nasty mess. Frys were greasy and soggy. Was hoping for the old time taste and ended up throwing it in the trash . Never again.

Ordered a bucket of chicken after eating it I realized my chicken was raw! Called the store to make a complaint and got the Cooks name (Justin Smith) called back a week later still nothing was done! So just so everyone knows this KFC allows their cooks to serve raw chicken!

I’ve never been disrespected as much as I was today at the Barourville,ky store,,my wife had stopped in there earlier in the week and bought a 10 piece chicken dinner and only received 8 pieces and only one breast,called them to tell about the mistake and manager said no problem I’ll write your name down and stop in sometime and pickup a 10 piece bucket,,so today ( father’s day ) we decided to pick it up to go with the rest of our father’s day dinner,,i go to pick it up and the girl at the register was so nice it was the lady in the back that was rude,when asked about our chicken bucket she was so rude and everyone could hear her,then she fixes the bucket and brings it up and slings it on the counter without saying anything to anyone, the girl at register comes back and apologized to me for the extra 5 minutes I had to wait because the woman that brought the bucket up didn’t tell me it was my order and just left me standing..
