As someone who eats gluten-free, finding a spot that feels both safe and genuinely delicious is rare — RJ’s Taste of Asia nailed it. This place has that real family-run vibe: warm, welcoming, and the kind of friendly, knowledgeable staff who actually know what’s in their food and take the time to make sure you’re taken care of.
Everything tasted like true home cooking. The Pho was comforting and flavourful, the lemongrass stir fry had that perfect balance of freshness and heat, and the spring rolls… honestly divine. But the standout for me was the chicken satay — smoky, perfectly grilled, and easily one of the best BBQ-style dishes I’ve had in a long time.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for authentic flavours, great service, and a spot that respects dietary needs without compromising on taste. Will definitely be back!

Was a great little place on a rainy Sunday curry chicken bowl the taste was good …I would have liked a slightly larger portion for the price tag … anyways was great ambience well done !!

The food was absolutely great!!!! We were a group of 7 and everyone loved their order. The lady who took our order, which I’m assuming was the owner, was very nice and helpful. She never stopped smiling, and she brought us shrimp crackers (on the house) while we were waiting on our food. She was attentive throughout the whole time, making sure we had all we needed. I would definitely recommend this place for a quick lunch or a family dinner. The price was good and the service was fast. I would 100% come back the next time I’m in the area!
The only suggestion I have for the owner is to pay slight more attention to the cleanliness of their herbs. I asked for extra cilantro, to my surprise she actually provided us with a huge amount free of charge. However, afterwards I noticed the cilantros were not washed properly and had a bit of dirt on them.

The food is amazing! Curry is amazing aswell definitely would choose it over and over. My little guy loved the rice Broccoli and spring rolls! Everyone is so friendly and sweet!

For the price and the size of the plates this is a very good Thai option.
The skewers were amazing and the chicken pad Thai was good.
The lemongrass chicken was ok, I prefer the pad Thai which was not spicy at all but I like it very flavoured.

Nice atmosphere. Clean. Friendly. Ordered the $35 dinner for 2. Deep fried wontons, crispy spring rolls, mango salad, beef pad Thai, chicken curry. Good portions. Very tasty! Quick service. Attentive service. Will definitely be back soon!

The restaurant is located in a quiet, side street and I’m glad that it caught my eye while looking for parking during a separate trip to Orangeville. We decided to try them tonight for p/u, and ordered 2-lrg well done beef rice noodle soup, 2 orders Vietnamese crispy rolls, and RJ’s special pad thai w/ chicken. Taxes in w/ tip came to approx. $70. The order was ready in less than 30mins. We enjoyed the dishes, even my picky eater liked the soup and rolls. The pad thai was also quite delish. Maybe next time we’ll try dining in.

What a hidden gem. This restaurant is down a quiet road where you wouldn’t expect a restaurant to be. Serving Vietnamese/Philipino food. We ordered, fried spring rolls, RJ’s Pho, a curry egg noodle soup “B20a” (a MUST try) and pancit with chicken. All dishes were delicious and fresh tasting. The dining area was clean and spacious coupled with a friendly waitress. Will definitely return!
