Went in on a Sunday 1/18 and got a pepperoni pizza with garlic parmesan wings on the side 21$ Order nothing crazy. Waited 10mins and when I got home then made buffalo wings then put garlic parm sauce on the wings… I live 5mins away but when I got home my wings were cold and I was upset I just left and these wings maybe were at 75-85 degrees. I called and let them know the guy on the phone tried to defend that they weren’t cold and I heard someone else in the back say something but couldn’t understand. In the end was told I can come and get new wings. When I got there they were hot so I was back on the road to watch the game and eat my food. When I sat down to look at my wings I noticed HAIR all over my wings… I’m so upset and disgusted. I will be taking this a set further and following up with management tomorrow.

Don’t let the photos deceive you. Not as good as it looks. The pizzas were over cooked and bland. There wasn’t enough sauce or cheese on the pizzas. The cheesy bread tasted like cardboard. This pizza chain usually has delicious pizzas for the price point, however this branch was underwhelming. You’d be better off buying frozen pizza and bake it at home. Hopefully they get their act together and make them right.

I placed and order for pickup. One hour in advance, I came to the place and gave them 5 minutes to spare, because why not. Anyway, I had to to sit and wait for another 20 minutes for them to make my pizza that I had already ordered and paid for, i don’t mind the loud music at the place but I do mind the fact that you’d be willing to look through your playlist rather than getting the other orders done. It’s also very unsanitary. My pizza was very thin and burnt when i received it. Nothing justifies what they did, I was a paying customer and, let’s also keep in mind that I didn’t yell or even let them know I was upset about this. I definitely do NOT recommend this place to anyone. Go buy pizza somewhere else please.

AWFUL don’t come here it’s a waste of money and your stomach will thank you for going somewhere else. i would give it 0 stars if i could for how shitty this place is now, ever since the owner changed beginning of the year this place has gone so downhill i don’t doubt that some of their employees don’t even know how to properly/safely handle food or have food handlers cards. I order feb 12th for a $18 order of pizza, Italian cheese, and crazy bread. NORMALLY it takes about 20-30 min for this kinda order to be ready for fast food pizza place, but tell me why it takes them literally 60min+ and they have about 12-15 customers cramped in that tiny store all of them waiting for their pizzas that are just sitting in open boxes on their counters with employees looking confused, not acknowledging any of the frustrated customers waiting. After being ignored for an extra 30 min by 3 or 4 employees…(almost an hour after my food was supposed to be ready) i ask them and they said my pizza and italian has been ready and i see it just sitting there in the back behind their empty ovens…for god knows how long. they tell me 5 more min wait for crazy bread, i wait another 15-20 min to get all my order and get home and my burnt pizza and italian cheese cold and doughy when i start eating it, the crazy bread didn’t even look like crazy bread literally just smushed up dough. Don’t even have the decency to apologize or try to make it up to all those people waiting in there.

I’m very frustrated right now, so I’m going to try and be reasonable. I’m sitting here right now, after ordering hot and ready pizza and breads ticks and they told me it would be 15 minutes, now I can see pizzas and breadsticks in the hot and ready area, so why did someone else walk in after me and ask for one and got it and walked out. And this has happened multiple times. I am beyond frustrated at this place

AVOID this store at all costs. This is coming from someone who loves Little Caesars typically but the people in this one are incapable of cooking pizza and providing any kind of decent customer service. We got some pizza from here and it was overcooked and hard as a rock. We had been going here for a few years now but apparently the new management there has changed things around – just avoid this Little Caesars in particular.

I ordered from Grubhub (3 crazy bread, 4 crazy sauce, and m&m cookie dough brownie) i only got the bread and it was soft. Went back to the store to pick up the rest and they handed me a frozen cookie dough brownie, like am I supposed to thaw it myself?

Paid $27…$ for one of the crappiest pizzas I have ever thrown away. Literally 3 mushroom slices, 3 odd chunks of bell peppers. Somehow managed to get all the sauce on 1 slice and only on half the slice. Brought it back in. Pointed out the fact that there was only three of each ingredient that I ordered and asked if I could pay more to get you know extra toppings or whatever and she did offer to make it over again but didn’t look like she’d be to pleased doing it.
