Should have checked the bag.. order was completely wrong. I got a burger instead of a chicken sandwich, and my husband ordered the 2 piece breast meal and only received 1 little bitty chicken breast and a few fries. Even the Dr. Pepper taste like water.

Have tried twice in the past few months. 2nd time was today. 1 snack pack and 1 large fry was almost $15. Lady got an attitude with my husband when he asked them for the fresh fries instead of the ones they were scraping up from the bottom of the pan. The fries were not good. They were hot, but really tasted like they had freezer burn. Chicken was ok, according to my husband, but not worth the price we paid. Last trip the fries were luke warm and crumbly. We tried twice, dont see there being a 3rd time and thats a shame. They use to have good for for a reasonable price.

Owners will check-up on you and see how you like everything. Food is amazing the quantity is amazing for its price. Even they don’t have a sign out front I would say they don’t need it since everyone knows this is the spot.

I will be back Thanks Rodney, becareful if eating here if you need to avoid salt and oil Okra drenched in oil, chicken, gizzards very very salty. I asked for no salt manager said no that’s how they come now we all know grizzards do not come seasoned already, Rodney tried to wash the salt off he said it was a little better but washing salt off really big chic has changed and not for the better

I had a call in order, when I arrived it wasn’t ready, & had to go inside, a guy with a big belly was at the register, he took his time to fill the order, as a Viet Nam Veteran I was wearing my Veteran cap, as he went to the Lady to get fries, he said loudly enough for everyone to hear, that guy wore that veterans cap, he laughed & said he ain’t getting one.
I held back from commenting but was very insulted, embarrassed, and belittled.
I had NOT asked for any discount of any type !!
This is unacceptable & insulting to not only me but all Veterns !
I am a 100%service connected Veteran and don’t ever ask for discounts !
I wear my Viet Nam VeterN cap because I am proud to have served also to honor those that didn’t return & still suffer from their Service,and turned 19 in the MeKong Delta.

Was excited to hear that bone-in catfish was back on menu. Had really enjoyed it in previous location. Asked to substitute okra for fries and told “no.” Fish was greasy and batter far too salty. Won’t order it again.

Here from Chicago. So if is one thing I know it’s Fried Chicken. We always have the Harold’s Vs Uncle Remus debate constantly. I also love Gus’s in Tennessee.
I have to give backstory so you understand that I know what good Fried Chicken taste like.
Big- Chic has a recipe that tastes exactly like Fried Chicken we cooked at home when I was a kid. I wasn’t expecting that.
Hush puppies taste like heaven. I’m just upset we are only here for one day.
Plan on coming back here when we come back to Flovilla.
I only tasted Chicken and Fish. I’m still hooked.
