We came for my best friend’s birthday and it was nothing short of amazing. The food was great and the service by everyone, but especially our waiter Nicholas was fantastic. He was so attentive, so thoughtful, and so kind. We got a couple of complimentary things for my friend’s birthday which was also such a delightful surprise. They definitely made this day special. The atmosphere and decor is also so perfect. We’re very appreciative and can’t wait to come back already!

Our server Christian made the experience even better. He was remarkably friendly, attentive, and gave outstanding recommendations for both food and drinks.
Overall, this visit has exceeded my expectations, from the food quality to the stellar service.
Smith & Wollensky continues to deliver a satisfying dining experience. I highly recommend visiting if you haven’t recently.

Dined in for Boston Dine out restaurant week.
The filet was cooked to perfection and had great flavor. Service was great, a few managers stopped by. Our server Bibee was excellent, she was thorough and attentive. The food runners were efficient at bringing out food while it was still hot and clearing dishes from table.

The bar staff Christine, Caroline, Devin and Dave plus the managers Zach and Matt are very attentive and know their regulars. They make sure to say hello and they know our orders and what we like. Excellent customer service. The bar staff is amazing at this location. Zach and Matt make sure to check in and say hello even when it’s extremely busy and they are sometimes short staffed. The bar staff are very genuine and very nice people. I highly sitting at the bar area of this smith and wallensky. The staff are also very accepting of all people.

One of the best steaks I’ve ever had. We ordered Tomhawk Ribeye dry aged steak and it was so delicious. It was enough for 2 of us for dinner and we still had leftovers. We will be coming here again.

Visiting from out of town and my friends took me to Smith & Wollensky—WOW. The food was absolutely AMAZING! We shared a handful of seafood appetizers, a porterhouse, another incredible steak, and some unforgettable sides (the mac & cheese, corn, and asparagus were all fantastic, but those mashed potatoes…next level!). And the coconut cake? I can’t even—it’s what dreams are made of!

Our server struck the perfect balance of attentive and chill, giving great recommendations while letting us enjoy time to catch up. The atmosphere was warm and charming—such a cute spot with great vibes. I’m already looking up other Smith & Wollensky locations. Will definitely be back!

Wife’s birthday and her daughter gave her a great gift certificate here. We went for lunch and we were the only ones in the dining room, the waitstaff was awesome, the bar is very close so it got noisy as the day went on, if the bar scene is your thing it’s a good size. The food was really good and we are going back soon.

Photo is of a “medium rare” ribeye. Unfortunately everyone’s meal came out overcooked and somehow room temperature. $19 for 3 shrimp that are so rubbery you could use them as a tire. Expect to wait 1-1.5 hours to get your food after ordering.

The worst part is you can tell they use great cuts of meat. My advice to management, clean up service, hire new chefs, and pay attention to customer feedback.
