I have been eating at Seoul Korean Barbecue for the past 8 or 9 years and have not once been disappointed.
My last visit I had the seafood pancake and the pork bimbibap. I struggle to choose a favorite on the menu but the seafood pancake ranks especially high. Generous amount of seafood in it, amazing flavor and always cooked to perfection. Just the right amount of crisp.

I virtually never have this place come to mind when trying to decide on a place to go out to eat at, but I’m doing myself a great disservice.

The food here is absolutely delicious and you get the added fun of cooking your own at your own table.

My only complaint is the atmosphere. The venue is super noisy with all the range hoods running at each table, so it’s virtually impossible to hear the person across the table from you. Now if you’re too busy stuffing your face with all the delicious meats, this might be a non-issue for you.

I’m certain that all their food is good, but I wouldn’t know as I can never get myself to order anything other than their Spicy BBQ Chicken. OMG… So good. Served on a rocket hot metal plate with a sticky, sweet, spicy glaze (hot but not overly hot… perfect) and grilled onions. Comes with several tasty side condiments.

Service is always pleasant enough.

Yes, it’s in a sketchy strip mall. It’s loud. Parking spots are tiny. But it’s clean (their restroom could use a going over though).

For the KBBQ price, I’d rather go to Suzys kitchen in Bremerton and get the spicy pork KBBQ. The banchan was good but once you e gone to Suzys, this place isn’t as impressive. For what we paid, I wasn’t very impressed. The Thai tea was really good. Service was great too.

The food is SOOOOOOO bomb, 1000/1000. I get the Korean all you can eat BBQ everytime and its so flavorful, and the side dishes are so good. Kimbap? 10/10, Garlic chicken? 10/10. The waitress is so nice and helped us every time. I recommend

Updated review from below. Dined in when the restaurant opened up and had a bit of a different experience. Had Kimchi Stew, Galbi Tang and Tofu Soup. Both the Kimchi Stew and Galbi Tang were amazing. The Tofu Soup, however was a bit sweet. Not sure if this is just a variation of this popular dish in Korea but not a big fan of it. Still keeping the 4 stars as I still recommend the other items they have on the menu.

Very impressed with their Teriyaki Chicken. This plate is awesome! The chicken was grilled and appropriately coated with Teriyaki sauce. The tempura could be better but definitely on par with the typical tempura you would get. Plate also comea with a side salad. Overall, would recommend this place when you’re in town. Will be back again to try dining in.

Super delicious food! We go there for the all you can eat and it’s definitely worth it. From what I can tell there isn’t a time limit, and it’s about $30 a person and it includes 1 gyoza appetizer that is not unlimited, but all the Korean side dishes, rice, meat, and veggies that you could want. It is a bit silly for it to cost extra for lettuce wraps to eat your food, though. We went when it was pretty busy on a Saturday night, and they never came around to ask if we did want a refill of the meat (they bring a huge plate of pork belly, and marinated pork, chicken, and beef and some fresh veggies) but it was plenty as it was. They do definitely focus more on the bigger parties instead of the 1-2 person tables. Super fun to sit in there and grill it all. I will say out of everything I LOVE the side dishes, the potato’s and the daikon pickles are phenomenal. We also tried the chicken katsu gimbap which was great as well.

Walked into Seoul Korean for lunch with my fingers crossed that the 오징어볶음 (Ojingeo-bokkeum) I was about to order would satisfy my craving since arriving here in Silverdale.

And… it did a better job than the previous I had a couple of days ago. Definitely way more flavor, more color, and no cabbage in this one. AND there’s SQUID and a decent amount of it, too. Thanks, Seoul Kitchen! Minus a star because I found the sauce to be a little too soupy for me and it’s missing something… I just can’t put my finger on what it is exactly.

SKB is on the smaller side when it comes to Korean BBQ joints. Half the restaurant is set up for table top grilling and the other half is your traditional, order-from-menu-cooked-in-kitchen setup.
Host was welcoming and service was quick! Overall, I was content with my meal and if I’m back in the area, I’d swing by and try something different.

Great place. Clean. Friendly staff. All staff with masks. We had the kbbq and it was awesome. Bulgogi chicken pork and beef were good and the spicy bulgogi, awesome. Wish there were more of a variety of sides but it was sufficient for our liking. Kimchee was incredible. Worth every penny.

This is an experience. No other place like it in silverdale. Try 6 different types of meat, very nicely marinated, all you can eat. You get to cook your own food as a party, makes for a very fun time. Great sides as well. Bubble tea was pretty good too! A little pricey at $20 a person, but well worth every penny.
