I’ve eaten at this habit burger before, and the staff has always been amazing. Never mind, the fact that the hamburgers one of the best you’ll have from a fast food restaurant. In my opinion, their burger is better than In-N-Out. My buddy got the cauliflower cheese bites and looked and tasted fantastic.

My boyfriend mobile ordered our dinner on his way home from work; the app said his meal would be ready in 8 minutes. He gets to the restaurant 20 minutes later and the food isn’t ready, so he waits another 10 minutes for his food. I’m eating my dinner when i realize my Santa Barbara Cobb has no chicken in it…. Pretty disappointing. We were looking forward to a healthy, nutritious meal after our long days at work. Not sure how the protein, the most important part of this salad, gets missed. Maybe it’s because my boyfriend ordered our food for pick up 30 minutes before they closed, but at least we did them the favor of not dining in. I would love the owner or any worker to look at this burger and tell me what it is. I would bet everything I have that they couldn’t. I used the self-service kiosk and when you click on a burger, it SPECIFICALLY asks separately if you would like cheese. You would think that if you pressed that you want cheese, they would at least give you cheese. No. Why in the world did I just pay over $17 for a burger I can get for $2 at McDonalds and some soggy fries. Also, they ask what sauces you want. Guess what was in my bag. Not the sauces. The most they did right was hand me a cup so I can get my own drink. If I ever go to Habit again which probably never will, I’ll just make the drive to 111 or literally anywhere else. You deserve to be the lowest rated Habit in the desert. Even a 3.6 is too high.

I’ve been to several Habits. The food here was worse than any other location. And they made my order incorrectly and gave me attitude when pointed out and said “ok fine, I guess we’ll remake it if it’s a problem” as if they were doing me a favor for giving me what I paid for (and what was clearly printed on the receipt). Just avoid this location. Bad food. Worse service. Never again.

Tasty food, but 25 minutes to get my food? 4 employees working, 2 with urgency to get food out. We love their food, the promotional deals are perfect for light eaters here. FYI, save time by having the chicken/burgers cooking on the grill at lunch and dinner. Palm Desert is a newer location, so I’m giving them a pass for now.

Stopped by to try their food for the first time after hearing they have a better burger than In-N-Out, well after eating one it’s no contest In-N-Out is way better, their burger was decent, reminds me of a sonic burgers, I would definitely eat here again just maybe something deferent.

DO NOT EAT HERE! We waited 30 minutes for a Santa Barbra char and a chicken salad. (We were the only ones in the restaurant). There were about 8 employees in the back and a couple just walking around (I don’t think staffing was an issue).
The Santa Barbra is suppose to come with avocado mine clearly didn’t. The hamburger meat was barley cooked. (Does not look as bad in the photo). The chicken salad had about 4 tiny burnt pieces of chicken. It was a joke.
When we finally got our food we asked for dressing for the salad they said they ran out of the one requested (no problem). when asked for a different dressing employee gave attitude. The fries were cold the burger was cold.
This is the first time to this location and will be my last. I’ve never had a bad experience with any other habit.
This is my first bad review I’ve ever written. Take these negative reviews seriously!

Ok. I’m going to say that their Charburger Combo was awesome.
I was able to finish it in 4 bites.
If you’re in a burger rush and need to spend 13 bucks for a burger smaller than your hand and a tray of plain fries, you have come to the right place.
I’ve been dieting, and this was almost guilt free.
Tiny burger, cooked to perfection with a bougie price that rivaled fine dining, ketchup with a folding paper cup you have to pump at the refreshment station, and a cashiers counter with a tip jar.
They literally take your order, hand you a vibrating disc that people can do God knows what with, and let you choose one of their fine seats in a super clean dining area.
I took advantage of my wait for the food and had plenty of time to drop a deuce in a super clean bathroom. 5 stars for the bathroom, for sure.
I had 2 free refills with my venti iced lemonade, some peppers and sliced jalapeños waited for me next to some a1 and other condiments.
In all, it was a dining experience I’ll definitely be back for.
Where else can you overpay for a burger and fries, tip a cashier, drop the kids off, and make use of a vibrating disc (not sorry).
