Amazing tacos. Tried the Korean beef, carnitas, chicken quesadilla and barrio tacos. All very tasty. The hottest salsa was perfect imo. Reasonably priced. 3 tacos are good for most. Definitely don’t need 6 and a quesadilla. The dessert chimi was very tasty but messy as the plastic silverware couldn’t cut through it easily.

There wasn’t many people there, but there was some. We got a quesadilla, some street tacos, and a KC Burrito. All the food was SO good! Our person was very nice and we enjoyed hearing what she told us she recommended. This is really good and you should definitely go out and try it one day this winter.

This is a gem in downtown Overland Park!!! The atmosphere is bright, upbeat, and clean…the food is delicious and the hand squeezed cocktails are refreshing…and the hospitality is top notch. The street corn is the best in town…you can taste the char on the corn because it is not weighted down with heavy queso fresco nor is it overly mayo’d. The Dripping Birra Taco is a stand out. With the tortilla marinated in the sauce, there is no mess!!! Freshly squeezed juices for the made to order Palmoas and Margaritas means bright flavors without all of the sticky sweet mixers. Lively conversation amongst the guests in the red, orange, yellow, and white tiled dining room makes for an upbeat dining experience. Go see Michael and the crew, you will not be disappointed!!!

New Year’s Day treat! Absolutely delicious, we had never been to this location, we were so happy with everything we ordered! My mother in law loved the old school design. Phenomenal food and great atmosphere, great customer service and super clean restaurants with plenty of seating options. We will definitely be back.

So glad to have Tiki Taco in downtown OP! It’s got different vibes than the 39th St. location, but still fun and inviting, and the same great menu. Appreciate flavorful vegetarian, fish, and meat options. Love getting street tacos with mushrooms, and the loaded Tiki fries are quite an indulgence if that’s your thing. Also a nice variety of beverages. The staff have been stellar, good service and so kind, even proactively making good on a mistake with one of my orders. The restaurant is small but seems to accommodate the traffic just about right, at least for the times we’ve been there. We enjoy sitting outside on the front patio, shaded in the evening as the sun sets, and musing over exactly which childhood restaurant chain the tables and chairs remind us of.

love this place–and the location even more. I’ve eaten at both spots, and while both are great, the 119th location truly exceeds expectations. The staff is incredibly friendly and makes you feel welcome the moment you walk through the door. Portions at this location are very generous as well. This is officially my new favorite spot. Hands down, highly recommend!

I took a friend of mine to this location earlier today for a belated birthday lunch It is a very cute place! Very colorful! I ordered the KC BURRITO and a MEXICAN SPRITE. The burrito was very flavorful. It had guacamole on it which was a plus! I’m obsessed with guacamole LOL. I would definitely go back! Very nice restaurant!

One of our favorite local Mexican spots. The bar tenders are great and you can order from them if you’re sitting there, or order at the window for other seating.
Fresh hot crispy chips with guacamole or queso are a great start. The street tacos are also delicious in so many varieties, and the quesadilla with grilled chicken is very filling. The burritos are huge and a good selection of Mexican beers or margaritas complement it all nicely.
