First time ordering from Marco’s in years. It was always out of the way but I happened to the be the in area this afternoon and decided to get pizza for dinner. Pizzas were fantastic as I remembered I love the dough, the crust is fluffy and chewy and *chef’s kiss* perfection. The service is good as well. The only reason I didn’t rate it 5 stars is because I didn’t get timely notification regarding my order after I ordered online. The notification letting me know my order was ready didn’t come into my email box until 20 mins after I called asking about it and picked it up.

I use to love this place but I wouldn’t feed my dog from there the lady said I ordered one side without cheese but they didn’t cut even slices. I took it back and asked for a refund that was on 9/3/25. Still waiting on it. If it doesn’t come tomorrow I’m calling corporate!!! JUST HORRIBLE!!!!

Marco’s is consistently hot, fresh, and high-quality. Drivers are prompt and friendly, and the app/website makes stacking rewards, coupons, and deals easy. It’s common for us to get four items for around $30 before tip — excellent value. Don’t forget the free dipping sauces and crust toppings like garlic butter and Romesean; they take everything up a notch.

We care about quality and rarely eat at chains, but Marco’s is a major exception. They consistently deliver. Our usual orders are the Philly, pepperoni-jalapeño, and sausage Magnifico with mushrooms and white sauce — all with Romesean and garlic crust plus garlic dipping sauce. Sometimes we add light-baked breadsticks. My wife is celiac, and while cross-contamination is always a possibility, she has never reacted to their cauliflower-crust pizzas.

They’re better than I remember Papa John’s being in the ’90s and miles ahead of most chains. They hold their own against local Italian pizza spots near us. I make artisanal pizzas in my pizza oven, so I don’t say this lightly — Marco’s is hard to beat for convenience, price, and quality. Even the red pepper flakes are fresh and spicy. Salads are solid, and the wings hit the spot if you’re craving them, especially if you ask for them twice-baked for extra crispiness.

Normally, 97% is great work, but with pizza, it means some of your pizza was confiscated. I got three pizzas for takeout and two were vandalized! If you look at the attached pics (like I did when I first opened the boxes), you might think the slices shifted during transit. Problem is, the pieces don’t fit! Smoosh it around every which way and the edges don’t re-form into a whole pizza! Remember fractions? Not whole! Anyway, I called the location after I got home and was met with “are all 8 pieces there?” – [well 8 pieces are there, but “all” is pushing it] and “maybe it’s just how they cut it” – [sigh, it seems the mgr is either complicit or responsible. At this point in a really weird convo the mgr should consider an apology]. It’s an innocuous enough bit of mischief that most would just let it slide. However, I can’t do that to all of you. That would be incredibly irresponsible. Multiplied over years, that’s like millions of dollars in pizza fragments lost to letting-it-slide. Anyway, Marco’s has pretty good pizza if they get it all to you. Pricey? Sure. Just be sure to get the whole wheel.

470 Min wait??? Crazy!!!! Carver said breadsticks were very dry and weren’t cut properly. Our order wasn’t made to our satisfaction nor even made to fulfill our party. Terrible service. Total lack of care.

Excellent pizza but online ordering is more than a pain. Wouldn’t accept my address, refused to apply online discount. Confused by multiple choices and sizes.
Slow (and I mean really slow) delivery. Called marcos and was instructed to call door dash. Text reply stated delivery had been made. Pizza arrived about 15 minutes after the text. Total expended time..over an hour.

Note: I live about 5 blocks from marcos

Pizza, pizza, pizza. It’s all about the sauce. Marcos has the best sauce, and they use quality ingredients, not that cheap stuff used by the cheaper pizza companies. All their crust is made in the store, not pre-made like those cheap places.
