Best Little Caesars Experience.
Hands Down
Billy Williams is, without question, one of the best managers I’ve ever encountered at any restaurant, not just Little Caesars. From the moment you walk in, you can tell he genuinely cares,about the customers, the staff, and the quality of the food being served.
Billy runs his store with professionalism, positivity, and pride. He leads by example, keeps everything moving smoothly even during busy rushes, and still takes the time to make customers feel welcomed and appreciated. That kind of leadership is rare.
The food is consistently fresh, hot, and made right, and the atmosphere is always clean and organized. You can tell his team respects him, and that speaks volumes about the kind of manager he is.
Little Caesars is lucky to have Billy Williams. If every store had a manager like him, customer service everywhere would be better. Give this man the recognition he deserves,he’s truly exceptional.

I placed a large order, 20 pizzas, for pick up. Not only were they ready on time, but they were fresh out of the oven. When I called ahead to verify that I could place the order online, Trey was very friendly and helpful. He was also able to shift the pickup time a little earlier when the timing of our event changed. Little Caesars will be my go-to anytime I need a pizza order!

I have been coming here for a while and the pizzas were really good, but as of late the quality of the pizza has gone way down. I went to purchase a couple of pizzas and a cheese bread for the game yesterday. The pepperoni pizza was good, but the Hawaiian pizza had little sauce and was not even fully baked and the center was soggy. I had to throw it in the oven for a while. As for the cheese bread, it seemed old and not fresh with more dough than cheese and cut horribly. This has been the case lately and thought to give them another chance, but I think I will be taking our business elsewhere. I placed pictures so you can see what I mean. The last two were the pizzas side by side so you can see the difference in color and how baked one was compared to the other.

This location is so slow!! It takes almost 30 minutes to get a cheese pizza and they don’t even say anything to you or acknowledge that they are taking incredibly long. I don’t recommends this location unless you bring a snack with you to have while you wait.

First visit and I should have checked the pizza before leaving the restaurant. Once I drove 4 miles home I discovered they had given me the wrong pizza. Oh well. I ate it it was extra greasy and a little stiff, I’m assuming it had been under the lights toooo long.

I order pizza from this location and do delivery often. For the past two times I have done a delivery order, part of my order was missing. The first time it happened, I didn’t call or say anything. Tonight I decided to call. Joe, the GM of this location answered. I explained to him what had happened and was told there was nothing he could do and it wasn’t his problem even though I had placed my order through the Little Caesar’s app. I was told, since DoorDash is who Little Caesars uses for their delivery in this area and since “they are always getting complaints on how often DoorDash messes up their delivery orders.” I would need to contact DoorDash to handle the issue. So fair warning, don’t order delivery from here. Your order will most likely be wrong and you will be told it’s DoorDash’s problem this location can’t help you.

Food is usually phenomenal for the price. Yesterday, though, they gave us a pizza that had obviously been sitting in the warmer for hours….so it was all dried out. Just be sure to lift the box lid and see what they’re giving you before leaving the store. We order from this location almost every week for several years….and this has happened a few times….but they’re always courteous and willing to make new one.
