Small little pizza place that you can buy slices from for a fair price. Thin crust pizza and decent quality. We usually stop in when passing through and have never been disappointed.
There is a bar next to it as well. In the summer there can be the usual element of patrons ‘in rare form.’ Sometimes we just eat outside in the picnic table area.

Absolutely by far the most scrumptious pizza we’ve had in Maine. So worth the hour drive. The entire pizza was covered in pepperoni, oozing with delicious cheeses, tangy sauce, and a nice thin crust. Excellent pricing as well. Happy to have found this gem!

Food was good, the bartender that served us was helpful with questions we had of the area. We got there just off season and a lot of the town was closed up. Got the calzone and tuna sandwich, both were good. The bar theme is Boston sports teams. The old man lobster on the wall looked over 20lb, caught and kept long before the rules about ones that size.

The pizza was very good. The wings were nice and large. Mozzarella sticks were okay.
The staff well they are not very organized. It was our first time there. No greeting or explanation of how and where to sit, to order, no table service, but it is kinda set up like it should be?
It just seems a little quirky.

Simple place, not too grungy though the bathroom was trashed. Meatball sub was huge and amazing. Pizza is fairly basic. Thin, chewy, decent food for soaking up a couple drinks. A bit pricey but also one of the few places open late.

Their Fast Ball pizza is so delicious. I’ve tried it as a slice and as a whole pizza in their biggest size. Both times they tasted like perfection. The slices are huge!
I’ve also tried the tuna sub and it was nice too.

Pier 1 is two things a dive bar and pizza place. The dive bar/sports bar is pretty solid. Decent selection of beers, tv and par games. It has a great vibe and even had mug club. Everything you want in a dive like sports bar. It is connected to its sister pizza spot. The pizza is just ok. But it is satisfying and they have a ton of toppings for your choice. I wasn’t too encouraged by the by the slice selection. It is advertised as open late but on a Friday it was packing it in around 9…

We did not go for food, so I can’t speak to that. We went on a Thursday night for karaoke. The bar staff is EXCELLENT. Both bartenders were absolutely swamped with loud, drunken and demanding customers. Both kept their cool and remained polite and efficient – not an easy task in any bar, but especially challenging in a tourist area.
The karaoke was fine. Unfortunately, this is one of those places where the KJs sing periodically. I absolutely get the need for that at the start of the evening, to kick things off. I get it when things are slow and they are trying to keep the energy up. But – when there is a long line of people waiting to sing, I feel like the host should step back and let them. We’re not here for a concert by a karaoke host. We’re here to joyfully sing, usually poorly. I may be in the minority in this opinion, but that’s what Google reviews are – opinions.
I do highly recommend this place.

Tasty pizza and quick service. Didn’t give it 5 stars due to the tables and chairs being so sticky and grimy that we were all hesitant to touch our surroundings
