It’s taken a multitude of poor service to leave this review. While the food is typically good, there are many times when my order is incorrect, not completely fresh or my wait time is beyond 10 minutes for one order. I use my chic fil a frequently for mobile drive thru or pick up. Somehow regular drive thru service is faster – even though this line moves slow as well. The drive through is like a terrible maze and should have someone directing traffic at all times during busy hours. I typically arrive 20 minutes in the mornings before my scheduled shift time and still end up late to work due to long wait times in this line despite ordering ahead. I ordered a meal 20 minutes ahead of my arrival and still ended up waiting 45 minutes for one item. The cashier asked everyone what they were waiting on, looked me in my face and didn’t ask me what I was waiting for. I found that extremely rude. I visit this chic fil a at least 3 times per week because its location is convenient. My time as a customer here is coming to an end due to customer service! No urgency when lines are wrapped, less smiles when ordering, not the grade a service chic fil a used to pride itself on. Not a good experience most days, but today was the worst thus far

I’ve been coming to this CFA for years, and very frequently. It’s gone significantly down hill in the past 6 months or so. Waiting in line for 30 minutes for a very simple order at non peak times. Totally disorganized line. It seems like there aren’t enough people working there. I’ll be 3rd in line and still sit for 20 minutes. It’s crazy. I have stopped going at breakfast because of this and going way less at other times of the day. The management needs to make changes or they will continue to lose business as this is a topic of conversation with other moms in the area that we just can’t deal with this CFA anymore.

Worst chikfila I’ve been too. The drive thru is nuts and confusing. The person taking my order had to be told 3 times and I had to walk her through it. My food was 3 kids meals. I kids meal had 4 nuggets and a small fryer crumb? Not even 5 nuggets. I spent 24 dollars. Insane.

Worst CFA I’ve ever been to across the US. Too lazy to have people outside taking orders when it’s a little chilly outside, stale bread at breakfast time and uncooked nuggets pretty much every time. Horrible drive thru, you do a mobile-thru where there’s no line… and you sit there longer than the people who already have to wait 30 mins for their food… this is stupid and pointless to have if you’re not gonna make the food before I get there, what’s the point of a mobile order. If you want to get in and eat inside you practically can’t because there’s two entry points which are always backed up super far. The people walking to your car to give you your food have no sense of urgency, they take their sweet time, and they don’t even care. They aren’t kind, they aren’t welcoming… they tell you how much you owe them and that is it. WORST CFA IN THE COUNTRY!!!!

I get that they’re popular, but the line is so long… food is usually fresh and they don’t typically forget items but they forgot my daughter’s soup during my last visit. It didn’t help that we waited in the drive through for 20 minutes even though we ordered “drive-thru” in the app only to go inside to retrieve her missing soup and to be asked to wait longer… also, the food was cold when we received it through the drive through . (This was before going inside and waiting for the soup.)

This is the worst chickfila I have ever been to. Their drive thru is the worst. Cant park to carry out because the drive thru isn’t built efficiently. They don’t hire anyone to run traffic control so “fast food” ends up being a 35+ minute ordeal. Not worth it.

It’s your typical Chick-fil-A. Food is exactly what you get from other Chick-fil-As. Service is the typical good service along with a clean restaurant. The only knock is the drive-thru space. It’s quite tight for decently sized vehicles.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a Chick FilA before. If I could give it 0 stars I would honestly. I placed my breakfast order at around 9-ish and was told by the app it would be here around 10:20/10:30. No order. I checked the app, the time got moved back to 10:5010:55. I called the restaurant and was told that they had one driver and that they were delivering in “batches” and that my order was ready to go out and was just waiting on the driver to return. The order still wasn’t here by 11:05 so I called back and asked where my food was. I was told to wait on hold for 3 minutes while she tried to contact the driver. She said she would call me back when she had gotten in contact with the driver. She never called me back. Another lady called me and told me that “we cancelled your order a while ago because the driver didn’t make it back in time to deliver the rest of breakfast and we didn’t have any more biscuits to prepare your order”. When I asked her why it wasn’t said before then in the other 2 phone calls I had with them, I was told because the lady answering the phone doesn’t even work for that location and was working off site. After confirming the driver never called or messaged me, she informed me that I could just place a lunch order and it would be delivered……when I asked would it take as long as the first time she said no but failed to provide an actual time frame. And when I mentioned that it took several hours just for them to tell the truth, she proceeded to inform me that since the order was placed around 9:30 and it was only 11, that it had ONLY been 2 hours and wasn’t that deep. I will NOT be going back to this Chick Fil A ANY TIME SOON! The sheer audacity and rudeness is appalling to me. I have worked for Chick Fil A before, and I can assure you we were NEVER trained to lie to a customer or be rude to them. We were also taught that since the order was placed within the time of breakfast, our mess up doesn’t mean they don’t get their breakfast. I will be calling corporate as this isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with this from this restaurant.

This chick fl a has to be the slowest one on earth. You will always always be waiting atleast 15-25 minutes for your food in the drive through. This one is right by my house so I go out of convenience if I have the time. Today at 2:30 I sat in the parking lot waiting to cross into the drive through line but you can’t block the exit of the drive through because that’s where the cars move from once they get their order. Normally cars let you in but this time no one was allowing me in to get into the drive through line so after 10 minutes and not be able to wave a employee down because there were none directing at this time. I finally gave up and went into the mobile line and explained to the girl taking orders why I had to come in the mobile line. She refused to take my order and said she could not even after I explained why I came into this lane she then moved a cone to ask me to go all the way back into the parking lot to wrap around and go back in line with the other cars. I don’t understand why she couldn’t of just taken my order as she was literally standing there with her iPad taking others… I’m not sure who the owners of this chick fl a are but there’s always always a issues here with wait times & how your employees treat people.
