Great experience. Fast friendly hot. Upon entry, it was remarkable to see how clean the location was. We were greeted by a really cool person. And the front desk server, who was juggling & passing out entrees to-go always had a smile.

Had a sad experience this time around. We has a $18.99 coupon for the 8 peice meal and although I told them at the drive thru and handed them the coupon at the window I thought we were good. When I got home and looked at the receipt we paid full price $34. Honestly I was just sad because there was an obvious problem they had with us. She snatched the coupon too which was weird 🙁

On average it takes 15+minutes to get an order of wedges and macaroni with some biscuits through the drive through. Opted to go inside tonight since there was a long line. Just an order of 2 wedge this time. Took almost 25 minutes.

I have never had such bad chicken in my whole life. Did KFC come up with a new formula because this was awful. Chicken was dry but yet extremely greasy. Even the Cole slaw was tasteless. When you pay $40 for a 12 piece meal you expect it to at least have some taste. PS take a look at the size of the wing. This counts as a piece of chicken?

We waited in the drive through for 45 minutes. Only to get home and get watery potatoes NASTY and the chicken was so soggy and the inside was like a grayish color ..the meat and the breading . After 2 bites you could tell it definitely wasn’t good. Then comes the food poisoning…that was a great topper Thank you KFC for making not only me but my daughter sick as well. I would suggest a Health Dept visit to this site for sure

This place is terrible employees never answer the phone, had a question about pot pie availability, this is why i called 1st, but no answer, drove all the way there only to find out girl told me none ready i had to wait 1/2 hr if i wanted one made, never again will i go there to waste my gas and time, due to lazy employees that cant even answer phones, I want an answer as to why they dont answer the phone there,TOO BUSY IS NOT ACCECTABLE NO ONE THERE AT THE TIME OF MY ORDER, when other KFCs, do answer there phones when i called them, what disrectect to customers, place is a joke! Pulled up in line at 6:30. I’m just pulling out now at 7 22 5 cars in front of me. When I pulled up, I understood that. However The girl couldn’t understand my order 5 times till I finally had to pull up to the window. Because she couldn’t understand she was very nice. I could sit in the window and see that they were working, but they looked like a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off, no pun intended.

That they didn’t have one chicken tender, and could I pull up after being in line for over 30 minutes? I waited. They said it would be 4 minutes 15 minutes later. As I walked in A gentleman was coming out and said, and I explained how upset I was and how long I had waited and he argued with me.And told me that I hadn’t waited that long.Which point I asked him whose manager was, and he said, danny.And I said, you’re too busy now, but I’d like to speak to her, and he goes well.She’s doing your job right now.Not happy okay I’ll let

I order from this KFC about twice a year. Every time I do, I’m impressed by how clean and efficient the restaurant is and how friendly the staff is. My order (usually a larger order for a group) is always prepared and packaged perfectly. McHenry folks should really visit this KFC more. I also appreciate that I’m not asked to tip when I place an order online, and there is no tip jar at the restaurant. They just set the price of the food and then pay the employees!
