Nice place, I’m a regular customer, go there every week, and I spend between $70 – $100 for 2, what I think is a really good price range for an all you can eat place.
My only complain is the temperature of restaurant, it’s always very cold, around 65 – 68°F, we had to go home once due to the cold temperature that me and my wife felt, but my Overall experience is very positive and really good.
The servers are usually really fast, the food usually comes around minutes 3 – 5 minutes.
And the food tastes good.

Good food but service/hospitality is lacking in comparison to other sushi/hibachi places around. Otherwise would be 5/5.
Server kept rushing, wasn’t attentive, and constantly on phone. I understand people have off days, but service just wasn’t that good.

All you can eat sushi is good. Although I do prefer menu items. All that i have had are great. A little dark inside although atmosphere is still enjoyable. Bartender i have had last few times is excellent.

The food was such a disappointment. I ate maybe 5 bites of my entire meal. The worst part is they clearly do not wash thier lettuce! There were a few dead bugs in the lettuce of my salad and alot of dirt. CHUNKS of dirt. The fried rice was absolutely dry and had zero flavor whatsoever. The chicken was also incredibly dry and there was hardly any teriyaki sauce on it so it completely lacked flavor. Not impressed at all and won’t be back.

We’ve been here many times and loved the all you can eat menu. But, when we went on Thursday we had TERRIBLE service. Our waiter didn’t check up on us, no one picked up our plates but they had to walk past us to get to the kitchen, and the food wasn’t that good. I’m very disappointed.

Sushi Masa has been our default go-to for sushi anytime my friends and I decide to get sushi. We never had a bad experience with the food. The service can be a bit slow and a couple times our items got confused in the kitchen, but they’ve always been prompt to address any issues. The atmosphere is fine, personally I am always cold by default, and this restaurant is FREEZING, especially around the back and by the AC. Even some of my friends who never get cold mentioned that it was a bit chilly inside. All in all, it’s still a nice restaurant that offers really good sushi, appetizers, and dessert at a reasonable price. We usually buy unlimited when we go.

Love this place! VERY good food with plenty of options. The service was great. There was a lot of people in the restaurant when we were there and everyone seemed to be having just as great a time as us. They have some cool and unique items on the menu that you will have to see to find out! Highly recommend if you like sushi.

I placed an order of hibachi chicken/veggies and rice over the phone. I went to pick it up and it was bland rice and chicken with no veggies. Even though the receipt on the bag said with veggies. I’m glad I checked before I left. I tell the blonde guy at the bar. He just argues with me that I’m trying to order something complicated or that I want to order it as a side when I just want the way it comes on the menu. I was polite but I think he just wasn’t understanding me. I got tired of him correcting me and just asked for a refund and went to chicken salad chick instead. He was also getting an attitude with one of the waiters. And Yall please figure out how to season your rubbery bland chicken.

Had a wonderful experience here with my family! Waitress and staff were quick with our orders and kept the sushi coming! We all did the all you can eat meal for lunch and everything came out fresh, and delicious. My favorite sushi roll was the Little Tokyo – warm and crunchy! We finished our meal with some ice cream too. Will definitely come back here in the future when I’m craving sushi!
