I don’t know what I expected from a gas station Port of Subs, but definitely not this level of disrespect. I placed an order for a sandwich and set the pick up time for an hour after I submitted it. When I arrived, not only was the entire kitchen a visible mess from the ordering area, but there was no one behind the counter. There was a block of cheese just sitting on a cutting board, but zero human life beyond that. I waited around for a bit as I was on my lunch break, and did not see a single person come out of the back or around to check on things. I ended up leaving without my order as I had to go back to work.
I normally don’t complain like this, but to disrespect people’s time and money is not okay. There were zero signs up indicating a possible closure, and when I called the store’s number to maybe get someone’s attention, my calls were ignored. Do better.

Absolutely worst sandwich I’ve ever had!!!! We ordered an extra large 24″ sandwich and spend $25+ dollars for a loaf of stale sourdough! Between the meat and cheese being thinner than dollar store tissue paper I promise you I’m not exaggerating!!! This 2 foot sandwich had maybe a total of 1-1.5oz of meat and cheese and that’s probably being generous! Don’t waste your money just get jack in the box you will thank me later!!!

I’ve never seen such thin bread and such thinly sliced meat and cheese on a sandwich. The guy obviously had his slicer set to the thinnest setting possible where the meat was practically translucent and then put one thin layer so it was pretty much non-existent. The bread was also super thin to like they used half the dough they were supposed to. Never seen a chincier sandwich and then somehow my $11 sandwich came to $17.50 so I was overcharged on top of everything. Terrible!

Honestly I don’t know why we keep giving this location a chance to prove us wrong. They always prove us right. It sucks. Service stinks, always trying to shove extras down our throat. Yesterday we stopped and got sandwiches and literally the meat and cheese was slices so thing you couldn’t even taste it. The bread was extremely thin also. What a waste. Not going to let ourselves do it again!

If I could give it a zero I would. Bread was dry and stale, out of roastbeef and pastrami. All you could taste was bread because the sandwich meat was so thin. Also think I was miss charged. Sandwich should have been $23 and change and somehow it came to $28. Never again
