These ppl are terrible and rude please avoid.
This is my fourth and final time.
My son wanted the brown seasoned rice, it’s his favorite and my husband and I love the loaded soup bowel only veggies no fajita no meat no queso.
First they got annoyed that I didn’t want the fried tortilla bowl
Then they claimed ran out of black beans and brown rice and would not ask the back for more.
My son was very upset.
Then I said since I need to travel with th3 bowl, please put the soup seperpratly and that’s when they kept claiming they can’t do that and wanted to charge me $ 8 dollars for rhe soup being in separate container.
And then I was told that I am being too complicated and was scoffed at. And then since it there was a deal for $1 dollar soup, I asked if wen can have that and nope they refused ans said it was 8 dollars.
My kid wanted ice and they wanted to charge for ice too.
They make the food with such anger and refused to hear the customer, I don’t get this at all.

Love coming to this Qdoba, they always give me the perfect portions size and the staff is always friendly and well mannered. The manager Martha always has a great attitude and makes sure that her staff is doing everything in there power to make the experience as pleasant as can be. Food is delicious and well made. No complaints

I had to make dinner for 12 people today, and make different stops at the mall. The crew here made it super simple to take a lot of different variations of food back home. The food was super fresh and everyone got to pick from different flavors!

I placed an order through DoorDash around 5:25 PM for two bowls. With just five minutes left before they closed orders, I went to pick up my food. When I got home and opened my order, I found that the lid of one bowl was not closed properly. To make matters worse, I discovered a small bug on the side of the bowl. I was so disgusted that I forgot to take a picture and ended up throwing everything away.
I checked the other bowl, and they had included plain, tasteless white rice instead of the cilantro lime rice I had ordered. There was no cilantro, despite my request for extra, and the chicken was covered in a lot of fat. It seemed like they just used leftover ingredients for my bowl. Everything tasted bland, including the sauces.
I cannot recommend this place at all. It used to be my go-to, but now I will not be returning. I’ll take my business elsewhere; I’d rather go back to eating Chipotle.

The food was decent, but the portion sizes were smaller than expected. When I requested a soda, I was first given a bottle, which was then switched to a fountain drink filled with ice—despite asking for no ice. Additionally, refills were not available. Overall, the experience could be improved with more consistent service and better portion value.

The whole staff is sooo rude.The people working the line completely ignore you when you ask for an extra scoop or straight up give the smallest scoop. The Manager with the long hair who stands by the register is terrible too. Dont go to this location. I’ve never had a good experience at this location ever!

I ordered a chicken quesadilla which was really good but the hygiene of this place is terrible.
The person who was making my ordered packed me some extra sour cream on the side. He dropped that sour cream by accident and then packed me the same one with my meal.
If this is what they are doing infront of the customers, I wonder how they are cooking the meal in the kitchen.
I also reached out to their customer service to address this issue and even nobody bothered to get back to me.

Go somewhere else… I asked for a burrito and it was basically just a lot of rice and small amount of meat and everything else, they don’t listen to instructions because they messed up a bowl I ordered too. They are pretty rude too
