This is one of the better Taco Bell’s in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful. They were out of a couple things I had ordered and made substitutes without really asking or notifying me. The taco meet tasted burnt or old (Hard to tell). They did a great job with the chicken based items I ordered (acceptable portion sizes compared to other places I’ve been where they are typically stingy). Overall it was an acceptable experience just wish it was better.

The food was actually pretty good. I’m so happy they have vegetarian options. I ordered the spicy potato taco and the vegetarian crunch supreme. It was good . The service was great. The lady that worked there was very nice and helpful when I had questions about there self check process. This is done on a big tablet app and it’s actually very user friendly. Love the fact I can edit my food options.

I usually order a cravings box and switch the options available. Only thing they did not have is the iced coffee. They said the machine was broken. I know sometimes they just lie about things like that or they just don’t want to make it. Anyway I came here at a good time and it was fairly quiet here.

This is by far the worst Taco Bell in Houston! The food was stale. Tacos, nachos, and everything in between! Then the ingredients were not only sub par but, they were sparse. On top of all else the orders were wrong. The nacho cheese wasn’t even warm! I wouldn’t recommend this for my dog
