Worst taco bell I’ve ever been to. I asked for “extra cheese” and got no cheese. Mini salad looked and tasted like it was old and didn’t even come with all the ingredients. Complete mess. Had to go back and ask them to fix my order.

I entered the store at approximately 12:55 PM and stood at the counter for 10 minutes. I was the only person at the counter meanwhile one of the people working there walked by me twice took care of a drive-through order. I waited another three or four minutes and he walked into the back room so I figured I better try the drive-through I drove around. The gentleman looked at me, turned and walked away. I sat there for three or four minutes before leaving that is one of the saddest piece of Customerservice. I’ve ever experienced and doubt I will ever return to that store.

I would not have even left one star, but zero is not an option! I have eaten at the Wakefield location years ago, and it was pretty good. This last experience. I will never go there again.! The help could not get the auto correct after correcting the order gave me the Gordita crunch soggy with no meat, Ordered a chicken burrito, which turned out to be an entire bean burrito. The whole experience was nauseating Will never return

I love Taco Bell but this one just sucks, the order is right about 15% of the time, the cinnamon twists are always burnt to the point they aren’t edible, when you order delivery there is never sauce, and the most annoying part is that it isn’t on the app!!

When locating this on Google Maps, I didn’t realize it was a KFC and Taco Bell together. I ordered Taco Bell. The grilled cheese burrito was a little extra toasty on the outside, and my nacho fries were not warm. I think I tribute this to it being a dual restaurant. The workers don’t just specialize in making tacos all day. They have to go back and forth between food items. The restaurant was dirty and most of the tables were not clean, as well as the high chair we used for my baby. A bee was flying around our table, and we had to kill it. There is a trash can right beside the fountain drink machine, and both of those were dirty and needed to be wiped down as well. Just not impressed with this location, and management could do a lot better here.

The taco bell doesn’t show up on the taco bell app so you can’t place an order online. The drive through is unfortunately really slow and the food itself was cold by the time i got it. the food was also just lackluster and felt thrown together without much effort. i’m sorry to say this but hoping the quality gets better as the semester goes along

I recently stopped by to grab some lunch and I couldnt have been happier with my experience. The food was good and the employee’s were extremely nice. Not to mention that the food was presented to me in a timley manner.
