I love Marco’s but recently had an experience I can’t ignore. I’m a regular for years and don’t check my order before leaving because they’re always on point…until last night.
Whoever the cook was frm 6:30-7:30 pm played in my face. I paid $3 for extra cheese on my meat lover’s puzza but barely had any cheese at all. I didn’t notice until I got home and was utterly disappointed. I know Marco’s has higher standards than what’s in these pics. Pls show this to the cook on duty during the time above….and do better. Why would you present someone who asked AND PAID for extra cheese a pizza looking like this? Not appetizing at all.

Pizza was made wrong. Asked to have it corrected then the young guy started fixing my pizza with no sanitized gloves after I seen him touching everything but some soap and water. I asked the other guy can I get my pizza prepared with gloves and his response was it don’t matter it’s going through the oven. I hope this isn’t common practice or the culture of Marco pizza. I use to praise this place for its quality and service but my last two experiences haven’t been good. This visit was the nail in the coffin

I order from here at least once a week sometimes twice for family movie and game day. My order is always hot and correct. However, today (Friday, September 22, 2023 at 6:30pm), I ordered my usual and found something in my pizza. I’m unsure what it looks like. I called for a cash refund even though we paid using a card and was told that it wouldn’t be a problem. I let them know that I was bringing the boxes of pizzas back as well. I get here only to be told “it’s a burnt olive” and “there is no way for us to refund you in cash because it would make us short on cash.” I’m still unsure how $23.01 in cash will make you that short. But, ok… Seeing that I was a loyal customer, I expected to be accommodated since this was my first issue and refund request. ♀️ I was able to find a picture of the card we used because my husband had already left for work with it. The GM, Don Starbarg, refunded the amount onto my card. I’m guessing it will take 3-5 days before it’s credited back. While I was there, I overheard another customer call in requesting a refund as well. Maybe it was a hectic day for them and the pizza quality was off.. Don and the shift lead (a black lady) were assisting with my issue. She gave me his name but refused twice to give me her name which seemed extremely odd to me. Especially, since despite their demeanor towards me, I feel our interaction was still calm and respectful. I even said it was to make sure I knew who to talk to if any issues with my refund. She still refused. It came off as unprofessional to me.

Usually I can get a good pizza from this location but today it wasn’t great. The pizza was burnt, cold and barely any cheese. I know good workers are hard to find but I can’t help but feel like it was an old pizza. I was too exhausted to even complain and ask for another and just left.

What I ordered vs what I got…
I order the triple pepperoni magnifico frequently and it’s quite literally the only thing I order from Marco’s. The preparation is wildly inconsistent. Sometimes it’s right and sometimes it looks like a regular pepperoni. I want to taste the high cholesterol in every bite.Unfortunately, someone picked it up for me and was wasn’t there to check it.

Miles and CJ are great, the service is excellent and the playlist of the music it was SO GOOD, the environment is everything ✨✨ is so good when you go to a place and the customer service is good and also you can vibe with the music!

I was really disappointed with what I got. I got the meat lovers pizza bowl. I ordered it at 230 today. I got home opened it up and was mad. There was barely anything in there and what was looked old. Can you see how thin this is? There was barely anything in there. I called the store 3 times and got no answer. I will be going back tomorrow to complain in person if I get no results cooperate will hear from me.

Best place to visit even for there technical difficulties they rose to the top in the taste and service in the pizza.
