7 of us came to eat at 10:50a on a Saturday. They seated us at a table for 6. When we asked for a more fitting seating they told us that we could go on a wait list until they could find 2 tables to put together and it would be a while. We could see 2 separate places where there were 2 empty tables that could be put together.

They were so well-prepared for the Thanksgiving crowd! We joined the wait list online and there was a hostess right inside the door. We checked in and then had time to browse all the beautiful, unique merchandise. It was very crowded and folks just smiled and said we’re gracious.
The menu was streamlined to make the meal prep and service more efficient but there were plenty of options available… Including breakfast. All the food was delicious and our waitress was so kind and patient. Same for each employee we saw…. Smiling and kind in short of it being so body for them. The manager was helping and involved with how things were going.
A most pleasant experience! I should have taken pictures but was so wrapped up in talking that I forgot.
I will definitely go to this CB again as it is right off Interstate 81 at exit 8… Morristown exit. I travel that way frequently so I will be stopping again.

Cracker Barrel restaurants have went downhill in recent years. They used to be known for their consistency, but that’s changed. In the past, one would be seated quickly and their food would be brought out promptly after ordering, and it would be hot and fresh. Now it is a gamble if your food will come out promptly and if each item on your plate will be hot. I ordered the grilled chicken tenderloins with pinto beans and greens. The beans and greens were lukewarm at best. The chicken was hot and tasted good, but it’s disappointing when each item is not hot. The staff was friendly and the service was average. Even though Cracker Barrel is not as consistent, I will still visit in the future.

Had breakfast there with my boyfriend, the food was served nice and hot unlike an other cracker barrel we’d went to. Our server I think her name was Elainer I can’t find her name on the receipt but she was very friendly and the service was nice and quick, just what we needed on an empty stomach . Would definitely go again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Catering order coffee served to me in iced tea plastic jugs. When I asked to speak with the manager he explained to me with attitude that this was the way they did it there. I explained that in 20 years of picking up catering I had never received the coffee in a tea jug. He again explained that was how they did it. A third time I explained that the pic of the coffee I ordered online was in an insulated box, not a tea jug to which he again explained to me, this is the same thing just no box. I then explained that it was not, the box has a bag inside not a tea jug and the cardboard box was invented to provide insulation for the coffee during transit so my customers could enjoy hot coffee. I also explained, no problem, I’ll call corporate. It was at this point that he explained to me that they were out of coffee boxes since he forgot to order them. All of this back and forth could have been solved far easier if he would have been attitude free and contrite and maybe offered to refund me the cost of the coffee. I experienced none of these. Won’t be catering with Cracker Barrell again!

Food quality is going downhill in recent visits. Wait staff could use more training. 19.99 for two dinners and shared dessert was a good deal. Hash brown casserole was dry.

We stopped for a quick dinner after some long travel. The food was good and took a reasonable time to prepare. Our server did and good job and kept our drinks filled.

Dined in at this Cracker Barrel location during vacation with family. Food was good as usual just the customer service. The waitress who served us made it obvious she did not want to be there. We had to constantly get her attention for drink refills to take out boxes. It is completely understandable when someone is busy or helping out others but this was not the case. Overall, everything else was great!!

We love the two can eat for $19.95 + a dessert to share. Not a bad deal. We would like to see a senior discount.
