Really good atmosphere and service. Love the order status board and TV. This remodel is one of the best I’ve seen in the state. We loved the Dunkin snowman. The crew was good as well and the product was fantastic.

Unfortunately, this was 2 different days.
I’ve gone here many days and thought the atmosphere was pretty good.
My last straw was the burnt toast. I got in my truck and began to drive, i reached in the bag and grabbed the container. Put it in my lap. Open it, and this is what I see. So I closed it and put it in the bag. I look down, and pants have peanut butter on them. I found that there is peanut butter on the bottom of the container.
I go back to this location, and I recognize the lady that made my food. Ohh she was actually their manager.
I gave the box to the cashier and calmly explained to him what happened. He took it to her, she yelled to the girl, making my orders to make it light. With an attitude. I’m done! The leader can’t lead with a attitude like that.

Don’t bother with their “on tap” drinks. Never works. They just tried to pass off a “nitro cold brew” twice now as a “cold brew with ice” There’s not supposed to be any ice #1, and #2 it’s just their regular cold brew. Don’t bother paying the extra for nitro infused.

I don’t go to Dunkin on a regular basis because I made some changes and I eat healthier now. I forgot breakfast and grabbed a bagel and cream cheese. It had almost no cream cheese on it. Never again.

I swear on my life these people are slowest at making fast food fast. I try to go here every day but unfortunately the wait time with the drive-thru has rocketed to over 30 minutes for an iced coffee. I cannot believe people are still waiting in this line.

Was there last night friday around 5:30, whoever was working there needs more training in customer service, there was only one car in front of me and she just let me sit there not saying ill be right with you, im saying hello no amswer, the second time i said hello she goes be right with you! Poor customer service is all I can say, I left didn’t even order and don’t think il be coming back to this store again.

Literally told us to wait a minute before placing our order at the drive thru. Then made us wait 10 minutes & proceeded to just have a conversation with the car in front without taking our order. Wasn’t even busy, there was just 1 car in front of us

I bought two gift cards here a few days ago for Christmas. I only ended up needing one of the gift cards so I decided to use the extra on myself. I never actually Go to Dunkin because it’s overpriced and lackluster but I figured I might as well use the gift card I have paid for. It was 3:45 in the afternoon on a Saturday. They were two vehicles in the drive-thru, two employees working inside, and two people sitting down inside drinking coffee. I walked inside, stood at the counter for about 5 minutes, neither of the employees even acknowledged me, let alone looked at me. I felt completely invisible. I walked out and they didn’t even seem to notice.
This reminds me of the time I went into the AT&T store in Newington. Go ahead and look for that review.
