We all know what McDonald’s food tastes like, so I dont need to get into details of it. But the service was okay, the atmosphere was It was okay. Nothing to excite to see in the inside of the building.
But it was an experience to see the highway & the passing of the vehicles from above in the Will Roger turnpike building.

Came into this Mcdonalds for the first time. Been to many many before but this has been the first time they sold me a half full large lemonade. Told the worker who immediately responded that they could not fill it up since the ice is what makes the volume. I always have lemonade at every mcdonalds i’ve been to and this has never been an issue. We also grabbed some orange juice. It tasted like water. Almost no orange juice flavor. I am very disappointed.

Was there 1/8/2026. After I ordered my meal it became extremely busy! There were only 3 young employees, They never slowed down or miss a beat! Kept there cool a got all orders going, calm cool and collected! Well done

This has always been a stop when taking a family roadtrip out this way of Oklahoma. I do miss the old paint job when it was yellow like a McDonald’s sign but it is still a great location to fill back up with gas, stretch your legs, visit a clean restroom, and get some food. There are normal gas station snack and the McDonald’s, of course, and also a subway.
There is also a little gift shop for souvenirs.

This is the third time this McDonalds location is not open during its posted business hours. As a commercial driver, I am only allowed 11 hrs to operate. Every stop can eat away at that time. Please do better. Not just for us commercial drivers but for the rest of the general public traveling on these roads. They also rely on you guys to be ready to serve.

Service was really slow. Order at kiosk, then take order to cashier and have them repeat the order. Why couldn’t the cashier take the order to begin with and skip the kiosk? No drive thru at this location, but everything seemed it was going in slow motion. I had a simple cheese burger meal and it took 15 minutes.

Wow. What a disappointment. “Out of order” is a theme here. For years, this has been a stop on the way from Texas to St. Louis. No one at register to take order, shifted to kiosk. Four kiosks available, only one working. Two soda fountains, only one operational. On the one fountain working, one disperser was out of order. Food was good/typical and they got the order right, but completely underwhelming experience. Such an iconic location and a lot of customers that were waiting to have this kind of experience. Hope they correct it…

Took the kids to the former Largest McDonald’s in the world built in 1957 off The Will Rogers Archway. Fun experience looking over the highway, although I had to confront the 50 year old man that came out of the woman’s stall next to my 5 year old daughter! I am not the one and almost needed bail money for that one! What would’ve happened if a parent had allowed their child to go to the restroom themselves?! If you go to this place go in the bathroom with your child incase there’s a predator just waiting for your kid on the other side.

I have never written a negative review prior to this experience, but my visit to this site a few minutes ago was absolutely horrible. The food tasted like it was cooked in old soapy grease and the facility itself was filthy. In addition every staff member was less than friendly. It’s so sad, I have travelled this highway many times over the past 40 years and stopping at this particular McDonalds has always been a highlight of our journey. Never again!
