A group of us have been here a couple of times after church on Wednesday nights. Last night we had a great experience and a wonderful waitress. There was a group of 6 and we were all sitting weird but she got our checks correct the first time (3 groups of 2 with none of us sitting as a couple) and delivered our food to the right people. She was very friendly and accommodating. She made our visit even so much better! Ask for Kiera if you go-you will NOT be disappointed! We had an amazing experience at IHOP, and a huge part of that was because of our waiter, Ray. From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. He checked on us often without being overbearing, made sure everything came out exactly right, and kept our drinks filled the whole time.
Ray’s positive attitude and professionalism really stood out. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and it shows in the way he treats his guests. He turned a regular breakfast into a great dining experience. If you’re lucky enough to have Ray as your waiter, you’re in for top-tier service.
