The worst customer service I’ve encountered. Every single time I go here the employees give us attitude and are super rude. The food sucks too compared to other locations. It’s clear the employees hate their job and pass on their misery to the customers. If you hate your job so much then get a new one. It’s not our fault as customers that you hate it there.

There’s 2 other times where I’ve tried the Popeyes chicken, which was in Oxnard. There I had ordered the classic chicken flavor with the bone in chicken. I ordered the same chicken order here and it did not have flavor and was slightly more oily than the chicken I had ordered at the Popeyes in Oxnard. Maybe it was just that day but I won’t be trying it there again.

Good food but I hate that I have to use the app to get the fair price. There’s always a Bermuda triangle of no Internet 100 yards around all these fast-food spots that push us to be tracked in their loyalty apps. They don’t even have the same combos in-store when the app fails. Lastly, hate to say it but check social media, y’all are getting cooked for serving up hockey pucks as biscuits. You need to respect the time cards on the biscuits. Throw them away and make new ones before they become petrified wood…. or keep them in a hyperbaric chamber until ordered so they don’t threaten lives out here in these streets. The Honey lemon pepper wings are fire though…

Love this pandemic standout as a take out favorite. The chickens are rarely if ever over-done or stale. And the rice and beans are just a bite of heavenly spoonful one after another, with just enough heat to kick it up a little more and make you wanting for more. This location is getting more popular. Last night I counted 8 cars in the drive through line and they were still able to keep things going at a respectable pace. Don’t forget about the seasonally available Turkey meals. We tried it and it was absolutely !
