Had to wait a long time for the food. My burger wasn’t that good but the fries were really fresh and the girl that eventually helped me was nice. The apple pie expired in like literally 15 minutes from when I got it. Next time I’m going to the one in west mifflin though. Had better luck there.

If I could give negative 10 stars I would. It was atleast a minimum of 90 degrees in the dining room. While waiting for our food my friend literally fainted because it was so hot and then when I went to ask how much longer for my food they gaslighted me saying they never got my order. I would highly recommend not going here unless if your looking to be cooked to well done and charred. Honestly, save the money by not turning the heat on when it’s 70 degrees outside.

The young lady that took my money was very pleasant. The Man that shove the food at me was not. I said thank you as usual to which he looked at me and turned around and continued his conversation with another worker. And once again the food looks like it was pre-chewed.
Back in November of 2018…
This has got to be the worst McDonald’s in the area. My last visit- Half a container of overdone fries with no salt. The sandwich was sort of put together. Order thrust at me and I said thanks and she just walked away. This is typical service for this store. I go there occasionally just to see if anything has changed.

The people were really nice today. Maybe cleaned house and hired new people? Burger was a bit rough but my fries were full! And the workers were very pleasant. Raised my waiting from 1 to 3.

On all meals they upcharge you .10 for some reason. It’s like an extra tax. I don’t get it.

Me and my family got 3 Big Macs, sweet and sour sauce, 20 nuggets, spicy chicken, orange juice, French fries, and other things. When we got our food, the fries were in one big pile, and they forgot a Big Mac and half of our nuggets! Horrible, great way to waste your money. There’s a mall right next to this area, I recommend going there instead.

I found a band aid in my French fries and lied about the ice cream machine being down when i literally saw someone before get on plus they made my niece cry over the ice cream and screamed at her and me, will not return here again, the refused to let me speak to a manager

I go here all the time and i love the screens they put for kids and how peaceful it is but the amount of times they’ve missed our order is unacceptable. Every time i get food here, they totally don’t forget to miss at-least one thing we ordered.

Literally my girlfriend has stopped here 5 times in her last year and has never gotten her food at this location,the computer is supposedly always down,don’t waste your time waiting in line this place is the worst location ever! EDIT! WE ACTUALLY GOT FOOD! and it was burnt and there was a freaking fruit fly in the box along with a burnt bun! Further proof this place is the WORST location ever! Note to owner…get your house in order…

There was a long line at the drive thru, which the employees moved through very quickly. I was told to pay at the first window, but nobody was there to collect so I pulled up to the second window. I was about to be given my food when an employee asked if I paid yet and I said no, because nobody was at the window as I handed him my card to pay. He went to the back to run my card and came back to return it with my receipt and asked me to pull up while they got my order together, which I could see sitting in a bag on the counter, because they almost gave it to me without paying. I pulled out and over to eat and there was no napkins put in the bag. Drive thru service needs a little more work, kinda disorganized.
