Ordered takeout. One of my filet medallions were raw- each one was cooked very differently. I love a rare/med rare steak, but I couldn’t even bite or chew this. They also forgot my sweet tea 🙁

Don’t sit in the bar area. Which we like to watch games. Terrible service if the bar if barmaid is waiting on you even if they aren’t busy. She had more fun talking to co-workers. Got a filet and was very fatty. We asked for another one and it TOOK SO LONG! We finally asked for it to go. They didn’t ask us if we wanted a discount or even apologize. Manager didn’t ask us about it. This has happened more than once. We won’t go back to this one in Newark. Better off going to another one in surrounding city. If you have a choice go to anyone but this one. We ate on a Saturday around 1pm

Texas roadhouse is the best and go to 1 every week. The food was good as usual but the chili at this place had way too many beans in the chili…..all the other TR and chili have double to triple the meat to beans. The table behind us had kids running around the restaurant and constantly getting in the way of the servers and disturbing all the tables around us.

Our waiter was Amazing! The atmosphere was good, however the food was not very appetizing. My mom ordered her steak rare and it was burnt, I ordered mine medium plus and it came out rare. I sent it back and it came out half medium plus and the other half was still rare. I just took it home and cooked it the rest of the way. The blooming onion was really small. Definitely not going to this location again. We normally go to Lancaster, we just happened to be in Newark and stopped.

I eat here once a month, minimum. This time was bad. Our server was slow, which rarely happens. She forgot drinks twice. Forgot to picup our togo order. Bar service was bad. Between two of the four of us we had beer and it was filled two inches from the top all four beers which is like 3-4 ounces per beer. Food took a long time to come out which is rare, but may point back to the server. I love to eat here. This was subpar.

I have always loved eating here. Every time we get a server who is competent and takes good care of us. The food is delicious and the wait is never horribly long. I love the rolls and could just eat those and be very satisfied. The baked potatoes are also so delicious! The steak is always cooked the way you want, and the chicken is moist and perfect.
I have loved all the food I have ever ordered and those in my dinner parties have all had wonderful meals as well.

The last time I went to Texas Roadhouse the food wasn’t the greatest. That was until I went back today! The food was cooked to perfection! My husband ate his steak with no sauce! It was my husbands first time ever at Texas Roadhouse. My ribs were full of flavor!
Ethan was our server tonight and he was EXCELLENT!!! You almost never get good service anywhere anymore. He was very friendly! He consistently made sure we were good on our drinks! He also made sure that we were satisfied with our food!
We will be coming back!!!

Ordered take out for a certain time. Order was 15 minutes late and then it took another 15 minutes to get thru the pick up line. Half of the fries were missing from a container, we were missing a sauce, and everything but the salad was cold.

Such a great location! Our waitress was so nice and when two of our steaks came out a little undercooked, they were quick to correct them to what we liked. Everything is always great here and the wait for food is never very long.
