Haven’t been to a Cracker Barrel in years and this place hit the spot. I got the mamas breakfast which was okay- the pancakes came out later and were fried tasting. Not how I remember them. My husband got the cinnamon French toast and it was AMAZING.

I drive through a few times a year on the way to Colorado and other places. This is always a nice break from the interstate with very nice service and good food at decent prices! Our son always looks forward to stopping here. You can always get a nice balanced meal including veggies!

The gift shop was really cool! The food was yummy but the hot chocolate was underwhelming it tasted more like water than chocolate but that was okay. Also the staff was super friendly I would definitely come back again.

Amazing service the host was very nice Management is on top of it even came to check on me make sure I’m doing good, the music was good wasn’t too loud, I had the Salmon which was perfect especially with the side of rice and steak fries. Joniqua and Nyke had amazing service both checking on me the whole time.

I hadn’t been to a Cracker Barrel since I was a teenager (currently 32) a friend was in town, had never been to one and suggested we go. Walking in was so nostalgic. The country store in the front reminded me of how as a kid I would roam about while waiting to be seated. And the little triangle peg game at each table, I had forgotten all about those. My Nana and Papaw had a couple at their house. Seeing those put a smile on my face.
The food was great, my friend was impressed the mashed potatoes were real potatoes and not boxed instant potatoes. I have always enjoyed their mac & cheese. I don’t remember what it was called but I got a breakfast casserole, the menu said it was new. I thought it was pretty tasty. My friend got chicken tenders and demolished them. I’d say he was happy with his choice.
We came an hour before closing, there were a few other tables occupied but the place was mostly empty. It took our waitress quite a while to show up. She got my drink order wrong, but it wasn’t worth saying anything. She looked like she was having a bad night.
Overall it was a good experience, I’d come come back to this location.

We ordered a county boy breakfas 3 eggs. We weren’t given an option for steak tips or hame and were brought 4 sausage patties. Our food runner was rude and seemed like she couldn’t be bothered to correct the order. Then no sausage gravy which is no big deal resturant run out of products when the food was brought back to the table we had our steak tips but only two gets.
We love cracker barrel and it was a real bummer having a shockingly less then stellar experience normally the stevensville location has never disappeared.

Came here on a dinner date with my daughter on 12/11. We had Sierra who was FANTASTIC! So kind and helpful. She was able to answer any questions we had. She kept up on our refills, and made sure we were all good. She checked on us just enough . Hope to have her again!

An additional shoutout: there was a girl training another on the registers. I want to give a HUGE shout out to her for her professionalism. There was an older woman who was giving her trouble for helping train one of your newer staff and not getting to her quick enough. She was so rude (customer) and so impatient. I applaud your cashier for keeping her cool and being nothing but kind. To the trainee, you did an excellent job checking me out all 3 times!
To that rude guest: Thank you for giving me a teachable moment for my 7 year old, showing her what NOT to do to people, especially those in retail/restaurant service. Learn to have have patience and be kind.

I ordered the pot roast dinner. It was not freshly made. It appeared re-reheated as my mashed potatoes were stiff on the outside but soft in the middle. The gravy was also thicker in some spots than others. I was disappointed. The service was nice, though. I think my server’s name was Devon. He was a very respectful and attentive young man.

Food is amazing as usual! But service at this place was the worse I’ve ever experienced. Waitress asked us many times what we ordered, had us help her take hot plates from her when serving, we asked for biscuits before our food and received when we finished eating, ordered appetizers and received after food, and ordered side salads prior to main dish and never received so she asked if she should take them off our bill, was so awkward! This girl needs to work in a different field, maybe counting birds in flight! Crazy!!!
