I called the store and left a voicemail but didn’t receive a response. I understand mistakes happen, but clear communication and follow-up would have gone a long way. I’m hoping this was just an off night, because I normally expect better accuracy and service here.
I can’t believe I am giving Chick-fil-A a bad review. Ordinarily, their service is top-notch, but this location provided the worst service I have ever experienced.
We went through the drive-thru and ordered chicken strips and a grilled chicken sandwich with extra lettuce and no bun. I am diabetic, so I leave off the bread and wrap the sandwich in lettuce; it gives me the feel of fast food while staying on the healthier side.
Where do I even begin with the service? First, they forgot our chicken strips, so we had to go back in to get them. Then, once we got back to the car and started eating, I realized the chicken sandwich was ice-cold. I order my sandwich this way at every other Chick-fil-A and never have a problem. To top it off, the large mac and cheese we ordered didn’t seem like a large at all. It looked more like a medium.
I am so disgusted. I have mobility issues, so I couldn’t just keep going back inside to fix their mistakes. I certainly will not be returning to this location. I truly hope this isn’t a new trend for the company, as I’ve always regarded Chick-fil-A as the best fast-food chain for service and for accommodating custom orders like mine. Other chains simply don’t allow for the same level of customization that I prefer.

Idk what’s going on but the wait times have become ridiculous with not that many cars. It’s definitely a staffing issue. I don’t ever have more then. 10min wait at any other CFA. I been in line with out placing an order for over 20min. I eventually left the line
Staff has been very friendly and have always gotten my order right. You can’t do anything about demand it was high wait times but they were very busy and they cooked my order well done which some chick fila refuse to do.
More than 8 workers and almost an empty restaurant and it was still messy with many of the workers just standing around and not trying to help customers.
They looked bothered when asking for things from them, I understand we all have bad days but it isn’t the customers fault.
Wont be dining here again probably
It’s been a week and I still haven’t heard back from the manager, or anyone else for that matter. I’ll still eat there personally, but I won’t be placing any more large orders.
I opted to pick up my online order because it was a $35 savings on a $110 order verses having it delivered. That being said, I was told that they “would start working on the order once I had arrived”, despite it having been paid for by credit card in advance. When I arrived, I let person at the counter know that there were no options to order more than 2 packs of sauces, so I would be needing a variety to go with my 10 sandwiches, 7 orders of fries and a 30 piece platter of nuggets. She even called back to kitchen to let them know to pack it with my order. Suffices to say as I set up for my meeting, there wasn’t 1 sauce packaged in any of the bags. Not 1 ketchup, a mayo… NOTHING. It was dry sandwiches, nuggets and fries for everyone. Upon discovering the omission, I immediately called the store to see if something could be done. That was at 2:30 PM. I could only reach voice mail and I tried all options. It is now the following morning and I have yet to receive a return call. I’ll update this post if I ever hear back…I’m not holding my breath. Those attending the meeting were less than impressed with my selection and didn’t hesitate to let me know.
