Really enjoyed the hot pot here! You can tell they care about the quality of the food. The beef slices are cut fresh by hand when you order, which makes a big difference in texture and flavor. The meat was tender and cooked perfectly in the broth.
One of the highlights was the house-made beef balls. They’re made by the owner, and you can definitely taste the difference compared to the frozen ones most places use. Very bouncy, flavorful, and fresh.
The ingredients overall were very fresh — lots of vegetables, mushrooms, and noodles to go with the hot pot. Everything was nicely presented and the portions were generous. It’s a great place to come with friends and share a meal.
If you’re looking for authentic hot pot with fresh hand-cut beef and homemade beef balls, this place is definitely worth trying. I’ll be coming back!

This was my family’s first time eating Chaoshan hot pot, and it was also to celebrate a birthday. The overall experience was fantastic! The ingredients were all very fresh, and the beef and other dishes were especially delicious, clearly of high quality. The service was also excellent; the staff were very welcoming and attentive, and the food was served promptly.
What surprised us most was that when the owner learned we were celebrating a birthday, they gave us a complimentary dessert. It was such a thoughtful touch. Our first time eating Chaoshan hot pot left a wonderful impression, and my family and I had a wonderful time. We’ll definitely come back and recommend it to our friends!!

This place is delicious, though a bit pricey, but you can definitely taste how fresh the beef is. I used to always go to the SG branch to eat here, so I’m so happy RH has it now! The beef balls are also amazing. I suggest adding lemon to the condiment station! The dipping sauce would be even better!

The two of us ordered a beef hot pot set meal, nothing else. The tip was fixed and came to $100. I won’t comment on whether the taste was authentic or not. The beef was definitely frozen, and the plates were dirty, but that’s understandable for a new restaurant. However, we found a fly in the vegetable bowl at the end, which shows the state of the kitchen. I wanted to tell the waiter, but they cleared it away without me noticing, even though I clearly saw it. Sigh, I hope I don’t get diarrhea. Friends, please be careful about food hygiene!
