Absolutely delicious! Since the menu is short and it’s takeout only, service is extremely fast, and you get a hot and yummy meal. I don’t even know what I was eating, but it was all super tasty and had a ton of beans, so it felt super nutritious.

The BEST food I have had in a very long time. I got the combination platter – the food is very delicious, incredibly flavorful, and so nourishing. It has the perfect balance of flavors, spiciness, and sweetness. It’s so hard to find this kind of delicious home-cooked food nowadays. I wish I lived in Santa Fe because I would eat here multiple times a week!!! Best of all, Ras is friendly, kind, and puts a lot of love into his food. He’s got great vibes and is just an awesome guy. Thank you so much and I will definitely be back the next time I am in Santa Fe!

What can I say that hasn’t already been said?! This guy makes solid food, and I wish I lived closer so I could eat it more often! Got the combination box and some sweet potato pudding. Super generous portions, super delicious. A couple tables next to the truck where you can eat. If you’re on the fence for any reason, get off of it and just go. You won’t regret it.

Ras is awesome and makes incredible food! I got the combo platter. Everything is so flavorful and perfectly cooked and you can feel the love in the food!
