I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I placed a to-go order and waited. When the food finally arrived, it was clearly burnt and completely unpresentable. This is not what anyone expects after a long wait.

Additionally, no silverware was included in the bag, despite my clear request for it when ordering. Because of all of this, I had to go inside (exiting my vehicle in the rain) and speak with the manager. She looked at the food, acknowledged that it was burnt, and told the kitchen to remake it but never offered an apology for the delay, the poor food quality, or the inconvenience.

This is now the SECOND time I’ve experienced poor service from this location, which is extremely disappointing. I regretfully gave them another chance in hopes that they had improved after acknowledging the last issue.

But the lack of urgency, quality control, and basic customer service remained the same. I was sorely inconvenienced, and this experience has seriously impacted my trust in this establishment.

I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements, because this level of service does not reflect well on the brand.

I paid $15.49 for the 6-count chicken tenders and received tiny, kids-size portions that tasted old and greasy, as if cooked in reused oil. The bigger issue is that the broccoli was spoiled with visible black growth, which is a serious food safety concern.

When I called, the manager’s only response was to tell me to drive back for a remake, with no apology or compensation for my time or gas. That is not acceptable accountability after serving unsafe food.

This location is overpriced, poorly managed, and careless with quality control. I’m posting this in hopes that corporate addresses this properly, because the in-store response was inadequate

I ordered pick up from this location and I ordered the 22oz porterhouse steak. I took this back to the restaurant because the cut was so thin and it was overly cooked like rubber. The lady behind the bar stated this was exactly what I ordered. In disbelief, I disagreed. She asked if I wanted the manager, and I said Yes. She went and got the manager, he looked at it and then looked at me and said, this was exactly what I ordered and was given to me by them in the back!
Since this is considered a 22oz porterhouse, which was well done and very dry, and wasn’t medium like I asked, RUN!!! They are LIARS and will take your money! This steak barely has any meat, and they overly cooked it that it’s like leather! This is a steak we can get at Waffle House that they are passing off as a porterhouse steak! They should be ashamed of themselves!! I wanted to get a refund and to put in a new order for their outlaw

ribeye, instead, which is what I always order and have no issues, but the manager stated that they were closed. So, they will not accommodate you, either, and just stare at you for having an issue with them lying and playing in your face.
I’m disappointed because I never had any issues at this location. It has always been a pleasant experience. But this was such a shame for them to take advantage of customers like this. I posted this on my social media page, also, as I have over 11k followers.

I ordered takeout, and when I got it, the food was very good with the exception of my baked potato. My baked potato was not split open and had a big black spots in it. I have called the restaurant to try to speak with someone about it and was placed on hold for 30 minutes. I hung up and tried to call back and still did not get an answer

Started off rocky at first. Had to send my food back three times. Each time came out cold. But Jon Jon came out and save the day and made sure everything was hot. He had great customer service. Because I was about ready to get up and leave.

I was so disappointed. I went for my birthday which was on a Thursday night. The wait was longer than they said, the waitress was very dry, and my food was horrible. I ordered the steak combo with the shrimp. My steak was hard and dry! Its a steakhouse so why would my steak be like that? I did tell my waitress that whoever was on the grill doing steaks need to hang it up. They had to put it the microwave. No flavor just like a damn hockey puck sitting on my plate. She offered to get the manager but I was already seeing other people sending their steaks back so I felt like it wasn’t going to change. People pay too much money for nonprofessional people to play like they can do something. Shitty birthday dinner will not return.

Geez. These folk can’t cook a steak for NOTHING! I order medium well, it came out extra well done. I sent it back and requested medium (so that it will come out medium well) and they gave me medium rare. I don’t like raw steak. I was so over it. I told them to pack it up and I will cook the darn steak at home. The flavor is there, the quality.. not so much.

Also, the restaurant has that wet kinda smell. Like an old Red Lobster. I don’t need to come back.

I placed an order online and parked in one of the “to go” spots. My food was at the proper temperature, nicely seasoned and absolutely tasty. I had planned on having 1/2 and saving half for later because of the generous portion sizes but my burger and fries were so tasty that I ate everything in one sitting. I’ll definitely be a “repeat offender” at this location.
