I usually order takeout or delivery and because of this am rarely able to check my food before being miles away. That hasn’t been a problem until today. I don’t what happened but I paid for avocado I didn’t get and asked for them to remove the tomato, cheese and pickles from my burger. They only removed the cheese. I’m not sure what happened today but I find it difficult to be sympathetic when the receipt I received seems difficult to misread when making the burger.

My man & I went to ini burger for lunch. It’s in a great location & the place very clean. They have the kiosk to order but like personal service. The guy took our order I had a regular burger w avocado & Jim had a western bacon burger w the onion ring w fries & drink. The fries tasted like frozen deep fried. My burger was good because of their sauce but otherwise you can tell it’s a frozen patty. Jim liked his burger he said it’s equivalent to Carl’s Jr. that’s a compliment. It was all ok for the price we paid eh I could’ve made it better at home. This is our opinion.

Food was unacceptable. Took them less than 9 minutes to prepare my food which is probably why it tasted like nothing. I tried the first french fry and there was nothing that convinced me to try any more other than my hunger. Saltless, you could instantly tell it was frozen instead of fresh.
The Mexicali burger was nothing special either. The only flavor I managed to taste were the sauces and jalapeños. Even the $2.99 egg add on wasn’t salted. If sauce and jalapeños weren’t there, I would have felt like I had COVID all over again because of how lacking the flavor was.
Paid $19.50 for tasteless food that I could probably compare to cardboard with added on flavor.
Will never go again. I could have gone to In-N-Out.

I’ve been coming here regularly and I really appreciate how well the quality is maintained. The place is always clean, and the quality of the burgers and side items is consistently good.
When I first started coming, I didn’t see mayonnaise next to the ketchup and assumed it had run out. Later, I asked it’s offered for an extra charge. It would be nice if mayonnaise were included as a free option.
Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience and enjoy coming here.

The staff members were very kind and offered all kinds of suggestions and also let me know that everything was 100% Halal
I end up going with the three mini burgers, and they’re all three delicious. One of them being a Mexican burger, which was a bit spicy, but it was amazing, and the other was a chicken burger . The last one was the classic American Burger.

Ordered the western burger with fries. I enjoyed the western burger a lot! Fries were decent, just remember to salt and pepper them yourself. At 12 dollars for burger and fries, it feels a little overpriced for the quality. Unfortunately, they also dont offer you barbecue sauce free of charge Place is also very loud inside, so if your are trying to have a good conversation it is better to go outside.

I wanted a burger and saw the sign for this place while driving to a gas fillup at Costco so figured I should try it. It’s located at a first floor strip mall under an apartment complex. The place is bigger than I expected from the outside but doesn’t have too much seating. It’s not crowded and the food is very standard. What I mean is that I don’t find it any better or worse than other burger places. The Hawaiian Spicy Burger is really alright with a large piece of pineapple but the meat is a little dry. The Nashville spicy chicken is really spicy but it’s standard fried chicken breast meat so can’t really say it’s better than anywhere else. Overall it’s alright to maybe try it once but I suspect most of you would find it underwelming and probably go back to Shake Shack or Chick Fila (incidentally I do prefer these two to this place). Oh there is an option to use impossible pattie. The menu also mentioned halal meat so maybe that’s one of the selling points? My biggest problem with this place is that the sauces are not better than cheaper alternatives such as in-n-out, shake shack or Chick fila given the other options I don’t have much urge to come back.
The onion ring is alright and I’d say better than the burger. Oh the burger is not bad either but not good enough to stand out.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER, they gave us wrong order. Service is quick but it’s terrible when they gave us wrong sauce for the wings.
We are excited that they opened an outlet in Santa Clara and it has biggest space and plenty of seating. It’s new so the staff still getting up to speed with the service and menu selection. I do find that the burger lack something which we are familiar with at the Fremont outlet. It’s 100% halal. Just a note the is no cell or data inside the cafe which his very strange.
