Amy was attentive without being overbearing. She checked on us at all the right times, made sure our drinks were always refilled, and anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask. She knew the menu extremely well and gave great recommendations — everything she suggested was spot on!
What really stood out was her attitude. Even though the restaurant was busy, she stayed calm, friendly, and efficient. She made us feel like we were her top priority. It’s rare to find someone who balances professionalism and personality so perfectly.
Because of Amy, our visit wasn’t just a meal — it was a great experience. Walk-On’s is lucky to have her, and we will absolutely be back asking for her section!

The employees were very personable and nice. My Crawfish Etoufee was good. The corn grits were mid. Value was horrible. The portion sizes were embarrassing. You may leave hungry.

I went in yesterday with my two granddaughters and my great grand baby 5months old. When I say we were catered to from the moment we walked thru the door! The hostess was so welcoming and nice. Offered a sling, even came back around to check on us! Amazing service, it didn’t stop there our server Haley was the absolute best! We never had to look or wait for her . She was always there so attentive! She gave the best suggestions, we tried the hush puppies because of her and even had to order them to go as well! That young lady and that other young lady the Hostess are so beautiful in spirit! They are amazing at serving others! We will be back, and often because of service like this! Thank you guys so much!

This place is great. Our server Sydney was amazing and made our outing so much better. Love her personality. Zamir is my favorite bartender and always makes sure my beer is ready as well. Preslee was hands down the best server I’ve had in a long time. She was so friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Our drinks were always full, the food came out exactly right, and she checked in at just the right times without ever being overbearing. Zamir, Kadie, Karen, and Caleb are the heart and soul of this establishment and are the sole reason I choose to spend my money here. I’m frustrated that they removed the Queso, and Tuscan Chicken from the menu, but the quality of service from the aforementioned bartenders keeps me coming here. Great place. Great food.
