Not sure where too start. But here we go. We are locals to start. Wish this place was good. And it was the first time we went since then everytime has been not great. And we leave saying we aren’t coming back for awhile. We’ll this time is officially out last. Ordered a pulled ham meal and was given the same portion as the sandwich with a half piece of bread and an extra side. But they charge you 4 dollars more. I could have ordered and sandwich and an extra side and it would have been less money. Not only that but I subbed the mashed potatoes for fries and they charges me an additional 3 dollars for that, ridiculous. I did bring this up and they gave me more pulled ham. But at the end of the day people are getting ripped off. Otherwise there food is inconsistent everytime I have ordered the pit beef sandwich it was different. Either the beef was cooked to a different temp or they were using different rolls. Restaurants need to be consistent with how they make there meals they are not. We have ordered wings in the past they would come out cold. And the worst part is the owner that will sit at the bar while they are slammed busy instead of helping his staff. Get up and help your employees. I know this place has been thru alot but if you cant handle it sell it to someone who can.

The wife had the Seafood Special while I had the Pulled Pork Plater. (Didn’t think to take photos before we started eating)
Shared the cheesecake w/strawberry topping.
Neither of us were disappointed.

We went for AYCE crab legs. I ordered my usual pit beef platter kids got their normals. Place is great but this time we had our first encounter. We ordered and about 10 minutes later another table was seated next to us. And about 20 minutes later the table was already recieving their food. We waited an additional 15 minutes for our food to come out although we ordered prior to that table even being seated or in the reasturant. Near the end of our meal I decided to get desert and when I got it it was very dry on first bite and had a odd taste. Long an behold mold on the bottom. This visit alone was just all around shocker. Never recieved any interaction from manager or even our own waitress about the issues we had. Felt very pushed off and no regard for customer experience or satisfaction. Im sure we will go back but it might be a while.

Had a warm Henry’s pretzel with their house made cheddar ale, perfection! Then if my meal couldn’t already get any better, I was blown off my feet by a juicy slow smoked pulled ham sandwich that was out of this world! Service was top tier, and the food was even better! Highly recommend checking out this homey restaurant/bar if you’re looking for a delicious meal!

The Henry P is a great local place in Robesonia to grab a bite to eat, have a few drinks, and watch sporting events on their many TVs. They have different weekly specials as well as their regular menu. I suggest their crab / corn fritters for an appetizer. Their “bar-boli” stromboli is good and their pit beef is fantastic.

Only place open around 9pm, the kitchen closed in 10 mins but they were so sweet to stay open for our family, we had a long drive home and were in need of some yummy food.
The service was quick, our waitress was very nice and helpful.
The food was absolutely delicious, Mac n cheese being our favorite dish.☺️
Definitely recommend coming here for a bite to eat if you’re in the area!!

First visit to The Henry P. Robeson House and we were not disappointed! We had the crab and corn fritters as an appetizer which were very tasty. The chili and the French onion soup was fantastic and really hit the spot. Do not leave without getting a piece of their chocolate peanut butter cake! The peanut butter icing was light and delightful and not sickening sweet and the piece was HUGE! We will definitely be returning to the Robeson house for another meal!

Good food options. Owner mingles with customers. More than adequately staffed with friendly, competent people. The dining/bar is charming, and the decor is in keeping with its historic past. Food is on point, generous portions, and scrumptious flavors. This is fast becoming a regular stop for us.

Loved this small discrete ‘towny’ place.
Our lunch was unexpectedly delicious for ‘bar fare’.
The menu offers something for everybody.
The decor is very much ‘period decorated’ with a punch or two of today’s furnishings.
The employees were super helpful and knowledgeable about the ingredients.
We would definitely be back, bringing friends.
