Laila was simply excellent .
On our first trip to Smash Burger, Laila greeted us with a great smile, warm attitude and best of all, focused advice. When we asked what was good…Laila actually took interest and asked us a few questions.
Food came quick, hot and most of all, delicious.
I had The limited time smash macburger with a side of brussel sprouts. The burger was one of the best I’ve had at a chain.
The sprouts could use a quick pickled onion to cut through the oil and butter.
Kim had the Bacon Stack Smash and a side of Smash Totts. Also one of her best chain burgers…five guys level according to her.
The Totts were delivered hot and the treatment was delicious. Not too forward with the flavors.

This was my first time here and I thought the black bean burger was delicious and the smash fries, so good! It can be hard to find a good burger place that offers a vegetarian option so I was happy to see that there was an option for me on the menu and I would definitely recommend it to my fellow vegetarians! The staff is friendly and the place is really clean. Plenty of parking.

I enjoy this slightly specialty hamburger restaurant. They make a great burger and unique rosemary fries. I especially enjoy their wonderful Haagen-Dazs gingerbread holiday shake. Their chocolate peanut butter shake is a quality shake as well. I feel the need to use a spoon with the shake. They inspire me to make my own rosemary fries.

First timers! This was suggested by Google so, we traveled 15 mins from Indian rocks to check it out… we weren’t impressed. We got the all American double. The meat tastes good but, crazy greasy. Haley was AWESOME! That’s the 5 stars for service…. The fries are yummy though! Probably won’t return but, best of luck to you!

We were a party of 10. Three of us ordered milkshakes. Each of us could not drink our shakes because of a nasty chemical oily taste. We had several of the people in our party taste them and all agreed that there was something very wrong with the product. One in our party said it smelled like easy off oven cleaner.
I owned an Arby’s franchise and remember how important it was to clean and rinse the shake machine.
We took them back and explained that the shakes had a bad taste. We suggested that the machine may not of been cleaned and rinsed properly and some of the solution was still in the machine.
They offered to make new ones and I said I would just take a diet coke. The guy insisted just to make new ones instead. The shakes came some time later and were as bad if not worse. The manager never checked back with us. We left them on the table and left.
We were all positive that someone could become very ill if they drank those shakes.
I told one of the girls on my way out that this issue needs to be addressed and warned her that something was not right to maybe stop selling them until the problem was resolved.
Needless to say, we will not be back.

Working in the area with “Jersey State Contracting repairing hurricane damaged homes and stopped by for luch. The burger is a bit salty so I’m giving 4 stars. The service was nice, pleasant and quick. Strawberry/Banana shake was very good. Little less salt and a little bit of music in the restaurant would fix things.

WARNING, DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Bought a double classic smash, large fry and double deluxe smash to go. Both burgers and frys went directly in the trash as all of it was so Extremely Salty, so Salty it couldn’t be eaten.i should have payed attention to the poor 3.9 reviews that this place has.
