This location has the nicest workers and they seem to have a lot of fun here. Very welcoming. I came one night and the three girls working were having a funny conversation, very amusing to see them have fun with their job. The lady with the red hair was very helpful with recommendations.

Ordered light ice, got coffee full of ice. More ice in the cup then the drink itself. Then ordered caramel frap no coffee, and that was messed up. Very poor service & not friendly while in the store. Disappointed for my 1st visit to be like this here.

I have been an avid Starbucks supporter for over 5 years this is the first time I’ve experienced awful service my drink was not prepared the way I ask, two items I asked for were simply not done. It took 13 minutes waiting in line 5 of those min and line to receive that I’m properly prepared beverage I for sure won’t return to this location ever again. These days with the low staff pandemic issue going on, I don’t care if the employees are RUDE anymore because all I want is my coffee. The worst part is that my coffee is never done right here. What’s the problem? And how come that ANY other Starbucks location do it right. I always wait forever in the longest line and NO I do NOT wanna come back to exchange my coffee. My time is valuable.
UPDATE I went back to exchange my coffee and after getting the most amazing customer service by Sandy & Amelia I had to update my review immediately to 5 stars.

This store is my favorite to stop by at! Workers are very friendly and helpful. I was trying to decide what I should get my daughter and the barista recommended a vanilla bean with raspberry syrup! She loved it and now my wallet has never been the same LOL. I now go out of my way to go to this location

This is the worst location I’ve been to, they always make wrong order, and when we complain they says this is how it should be. Today I ordered online 4 drinks venti size this what i got ( picture) one drink is less than half of the cup. I think we pay money we should get what we paid for.

My brother and I went into the Starbucks. We are two African-American people. The young lady behind the counter has on a pink headband. She saw my brother and I come in there together. I ordered a seven dollar frappe he asked for a cup of water. This young lady was of another race and told my brother that he needed to buy something. I walked over to the young lady and told her that I wanted to have a cup of water and then I said this is ridiculous that you see him with me and he has to ask you for a cup of water and you deny him. while my brother and I was sitting down waiting for the drink to be prepared, we were sitting next to a Caucasian man who had a cup of water. He was very pleasant and very nice. He told us they didn’t give it to us because we were black. I didn’t say anything I didn’t do anything. She called us to get my drink. I walked over to the counter and grab my drink and upon leaving The so-called manager told me that I need to watch how I talk to her that I should’ve spoke to her that way. I didn’t say anything to that young lady, so I called a few minutes later asking for the general manager’s name she put me on hold she came back to the phone and asked me what’s wrong. Is there anything I can help you with and I said no it’s not She say are you sure are you positive? She knew who I was long story short this is a racist Starbucks and I am going to be calling the general manager and Starbucks corporation on this store. It’s really sad in 2025 when young women still judge black men by how they look.
