I liked the interior design of the restaurant, a nice cozy atmosphere.
The service was fast and friendly.
A great place for a family dinner, meeting with friends for lunch or just a cup of coffee, as well as for a romantic dinner.
I liked everything.
I was a little disappointed with the Pasta Carbonara, the taste was great, but a little too salty.
My husband and I were outright refused service and told the bar was “fully booked” despite the fact that only two people were sitting there. Two. The explanation was not just unconvincing; it felt completely dishonest. Instead of transparency, we were given an excuse that made absolutely no sense and left us feeling brushed off and unwelcome.
What truly stood out was the attitude. There was zero professionalism, zero courtesy, and not even the smallest attempt to handle the situation respectfully. No apology, no effort to accommodate us, no basic customer service, just a cold, dismissive refusal delivered as if we were an annoyance for simply walking in. The interaction felt rushed and rude, as though customer experience was the last thing on their minds.
Hospitality is supposed to make guests feel valued. This experience did the exact opposite. It was rude, uncomfortable, and honestly embarrassing to be treated that way in a place that claims to serve the public. We left feeling confused and disrespected, questioning how a business can operate with such little regard for basic manners or professionalism.
What’s most frustrating is that situations like this could easily be handled with kindness and clear communication. A simple explanation or even basic politeness would have gone a long way. Instead, the staff chose indifference, which says a lot about how customers are viewed here.
First impressions matter, and this one was unforgettable for all the wrong reasons. If this is how they treat potential customers before they even sit down, it doesn’t inspire confidence in how they treat the people who actually stay.
There are countless bars and restaurants that actually appreciate customers and know how to treat people with respect. Spend your money somewhere that values your time, your presence, and your business because this place clearly doesn’t.
Recommend reserving a table before hand, it was packed! All the staff was wonderful esp our waiter Joe. Pizza was delicious, ziti and meatballs were also delicious, I didn’t like the crab gnocchi little too fishy for my taste but the panacotta and cappuccino made up for it ! 10/10 recommend !
