We came for my mother in-laws birthday. We got here 30 minutes before we planned on eating as we are a larger group (20 people) we also called ahead but they do not take reservations. We got here at 3:30 with plans for everyone to arrive at 4. Finally got seated at 5:10.
Took 9 minutes for them to take our drink order and 29 minutes for food to come out, just the kids food…
Our salads came out and my sister in law had a huge live moth in her salad…
I approached the Manager and asked him about our experience, he was unconcerned about our hour and 40 minute wait for a table, and completely unconcerned about the huge live bug…
I asked him if he was gonna take care of us tonight after our horrible experience, and he said “ill take off the meal for the person with the bug in their food”…
I’m appalled.
Remember, you pass Carrabas to get here… their service and bug free food are miles beyond this.

Delicious steak, I loved the Longhorn steak! Also the salad was great and very good baked potato. I was not crazy about the shrimp appetizer but it was still decent. Overall the dining experience was pleasant and I enjoyed having dinner here. I really liked sitting at the bar and watching college football on Saturday night while having a great porterhouse steak. That was the highlight of my dining experience here!

I haven’t been to a Longhorn Steakhouse in forever, so we decided to go on a whim. Our waiter was amazing and we ordered the steakhouse chicken wings for appetizers and they did not disappoint. Bread was baked to perfection and butter was delish! We also ordered the cheeseburger and chicken tenders for the kids and those were okay but the thing that we were looking forward to most was the outlaw ribeye. I am sad to say that the ribeye was cooked to a crisp which made it taste bitter and burnt, and it was impossible to eat. Our experience at the end was underwhelming because the beginning of service and the food was so amazing. I just have to say that the outlaw ribeye needs to be outlawed because I don’t see how it could be a fan favorite at all. This alone is enough not to return, that’s how bad the steak was. Burnt and bitter is a no go for me and ruined the whole experience.

I ordered takeout and my mushrooms were burnt and disgusting.I had to throw them out. The wild west shrimp didn’t even come with any sauce. I have eaten here before and it has been very good but I am completely disappointed by this.

The food was extremely hot and fresh and everything was seasoned very well. The steaks were cooked to perfection and the brussel sprouts are literally the best here! The staff was friendly and the service was very quick. Overall the food exceeded expectations here! We also got the Parmesan covered mushrooms and they very delicious, so much so that I forgot to take a picture but if you love mushrooms I highly recommend you give them a try. You won’t be disappointed!

this restaurant is generally dingy and not well kept. The floor at the entrance is worn and stained. The dishes aren’t very clean. The seats are stained. The bathroom isn’t particularly clean. The food and service are OK

Enjoyed a nice steak dinner here tonight. Our server, Doraimy, was outstanding! She took great care of us – she was so witty and made us laugh a lot!
The food was good. My steak was done as I wanted, and the brussel sprouts were excellent. Hosts were friendly and had us seated quickly. It was a happy experience!

Guess Who’s Coming To Dinner?
My experience at LongHorn was mixed. The hostess seemed put off when I asked to sit somewhere other than a booth with ripped seats that’s pictures. The food arrived, and everything was fine except the steak, which was tough – consistent with my previous visits(The corn’s always delicious). The manager’s presence was visible. When I finish my waiter asked me was I in a hurry. I replied not really. Eye contact was made with the manager soon as I made the statement and he scurried over to the table an instructed me to the survey link; hovering over me while I filled it out. Then gifted me a gift card for a free entree or dessert with purchase. While appreciated, it didn’t redeem the tough steak. Honestly, I might use the gift card, but the steak quality needs work.”

The service almost ruined the night. We sat at the bar and watched 2 bartenders walk by us for quite a while without even greeting us. If it hadn’t been so late we would have just left, but we were hungry. They finally took our order, but never brought bread or paid us much attention and it was not packed. Thankfully the food was good. Loved the Red Rock Grilled Shrimp and the broccoli with cheese. The lobster was good. The steak was ok, but I thought it would have been a better cut since I ordered the filet mignon. The margaritas were flavorful, but weak and needed an extra shot. Long Horns are usually consistent so hopefully this was an off night.

Visited LongHorn Steakhouse recently for the first time and had a great overall experience. No wait time and plenty of convenient parking made for a smooth arrival. We were warmly greeted at the door, and our server, Angelo, was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable.
Drinks and food were both excellent in flavor and presentation. The pricing felt fair for the quality; however, the portion sizes were on the smaller side, with plates slightly padded with lettuce and tomato to fill them out. Still, a solid dining experience thanks to the great service and atmosphere. Would return again!
