I am reaching out regarding a series of repeated situations that have created difficulties for me in the course of my work as an Uber driver and that appear to be connected to the actions of your manager.
After the initial incident I previously mentioned, I had two more pickup orders from your establishment. In both cases, immediately after I collected the order, a negative rating from your manager appeared in my Uber account.
There was no basis for such negative feedback, as during each visit I behaved politely and professionally: the second time I simply said “thank you,” and the third time I also expressed gratitude and calmly noted that if negative ratings continued, I would need to contact you to clarify the situation.
Nevertheless, another negative rating was submitted on the third occasion. Moreover, I heard your manager say to me, “You are not a customer, you are just a driver.” I was genuinely shocked by this remark, ended the conversation, and am now writing to you to address the matter.
I am committed to maintaining respectful and professional interaction and would like to resolve this situation appropriately. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this issue with you in person to avoid further misunderstandings and ensure constructive cooperation.

I love sweet leaf! The food is amazing quality and the staff is even better! I come here every single day because of those two things. Linda, Israel, Chris, Patricia, Sandra and I know I’m forgetting other names but every single person is beyond incredible at their jobs. They anticipate needs and take care you in a way that not even expensive restaurants down the corner could do. Because I’m a regular, they know my preferences and actually care to remember! I also love that the menu changes (ever so slightly) with seasons. Been coming here for years and it’s only gotten better especially under Linda’s leadership ❤️

The food is really good, I really like the menu and the ordering process. However the people working there was a bit distracted, the place was empty but they seem to be really ocupaded making some orders online I guess, one was on the cellphone. The interior design was a bit sad, not like the others sweet Leaf , this place need some extra love on decorations.

First time eating here. I ordered citrus sesame chicken salad and it tasted really good. The price was fair and it seemed that they didn’t receive tips. The interior was clean and comfy too.
