I came to the Fireside Grill as part of package deal through the Nordic Center to go snowshoeing for several hours before capping the day off with a generous plate of wine and cheese AND dessert! The food was delicious and Lizzie took phenomenal care of me as I enjoyed my meal. Her kindness and attentiveness was much appreciated. I highly recommend this experience through the Nordic Center as well as the Fireside Grill for its excellent food and lovely staff.

Nice quiet place for lunch with dining room/bar/lounge. This is part of the osprey and about 20 feet from the bottom of strawberry lift. Expect to pay mountain prices but food is great and all the employees are very nice.

The Fireside Grill is a gem in Beaver Creek! It’s a bar setup within the Osprey Hotel. There is a seating area and the bar staff acts as wait staff. They are all so pleasant and friendly. I’ve only ever taken my orders to-go. The Osprey Burger is legit! It’s my favorite burger in Beaver Creek. Great wagyu patty. Can’t go wrong pairing this with sweet potato waffle fries. Most other places are crowded, over priced, and subpar. Love this quiet hotel bar with quick and friendly service!
