Great local menu. And the name is a plus too! Definitely try the stuffed sopapilla burger. The service staff are very friendly. They have a really nice size so that comes along with the chips.

This was our 1st time there and the salsa was phenomenal! Carne asada tacos were decent and beans were good…..but the rice(which is always my favorite part) was not just bad, but actually horrible. So I tried my husbands just incase it was just my plate and something spilled on it unfortunately it was just really bad…but our chickens loved it so I gave you a 4!!! (other wise it was just average). I will have to try something else so I can give a better review.

Very disappointed in this place, had high hopes but was definitely let down. Ordered the chicken fajitas and they were HORRIBLE. Dry, overcooked and ZERO flavor whatsoever. They even managed to make the bell peppers in the fajitas taste like absolutely nothing. Portions were extremely small, but it was ok because I definitely didn’t want leftovers!! Its as if you went to the High School or Hospital and expected good Mexican style cuisine
Oh and the amount of salsa that comes with the chips…. laughable at best, about 1/4 cup, if even that.

The food was excellent. The service however left a fair amount to be desired. The staff wasn’t really that friendly and when they didn’t have the side my daughter wanted instead of offering her a choice of something else, they brought our fries and told her that’s what she’s getting. They also didn’t bring out green chili with my order well. Not sure we’ll be back.

Small, decent restaurant that has grown into a fantastic, family restaurant. Food has been excellent every time I’ve come here, love their Mexican plates and barbecue sandwiches. Owners are very nice and have been doing a great job pushing through these last few difficult months. This place definitely has learned from a lot and it has resulted in fresh, delicious food. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in town or whoever comes across this restaurant. Great job guys and keep up the hard work! P.S. their California Burrito is amazing!!

The green chili is awesome. If ordering to go don’t be afraid to order the chicken flautas. Stuffed with white meat chicken and green chili in a side container, they are still crispy when you get home. Order extra, they are amazing for lunch the next day.
The only slight disappointment is the salsa is a bit inconsistent, it was great the first time but last night was too spicy and seemed like salsa from a mix, still that won’t stop me from ordering again today.

Tried this place out since I seen the Open lights flashing & no customers parked there. Now I know why. I ordered the Hamburger Steak that came with Beans & Rice and Tortillas. Kind of weird, no flavor but I ate it. Got fresh onions but would’ve been nice if it was sautéed with the gravy. Came with a side salad, asked for thousand island & they brought out but the container nozzle kept plugging up. Just ate half, wasn’t in the mood the keep slamming the container to clear the spout. Tea was watered down & no Dr Pepper. Chips & Salsa was minimal & watery. Service was good. C/C machine wasn’t working up front, communication to the waitress would’ve helped. Grew up in Bloomfield all my life and love to eat local. Sorry… But never going back.

The speaker box in the drive through was very quiet and hard to hear, and the girl on the other end couldn’t hear me either.
The girl at the drive through was incredibly kind and helpful. She took my order and repeated it back to me exactly as I ordered.
Although when I got my food the order was wrong. I ordered two enchiladas but only got one.
The food was good but a little more expensive then the rest of the Mexican restaurants in Bloomfield, although its the only restaurant that serves Mexican food later in the day, making it the only option around dinner time.

I will try anyplace at least once but this was an awful experience. We ordered 2 sampler platters (only asked for bacon) we got every meat but bacon and didn’t get the pancakes untill I asked when I was paying for the bill. Also, orderd 2 breakfast burritos w/bacon, I was eating it and realized it was sausage and thats when another waitress came out to tell us they ran out of bacon! So we had to cancel the 2nd burrito and my daughter ordered biscuits and gravy instead. After all this was going on (10 minutes) my mother in-law was still waiting on her enchiladas. We went around 2pm on Sat. the only table of 6 there and still received this kind of service. I still tipped but I hope ya’ll learn from this experience bcuz we certainly did. Good service and communication goes a long way guys.

Absolutely recommend. Had a last minute party for our daughter and had never even tasted their food.
It was Absolutely wonderful. We ordered a combo of tacos, flautas, and beans. We also received chips and salsa.
Price was right. Food was amazing. He even put all condiments on the side (lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and sour cream) nothing was soggy. If you are looking for a graduation party or anything for catering I recommend also the flautas are so gooooood
