Food was your standard Taco Bell foods, good and all. I super was excited for this since where we live doesn’t have a fast food joint within 40 miles or so, the person taking my order was also nice but when I received my order they had shorted me a soft taco, messed up one of the quesaritos and gave me NO sauce even though I requested “As much as you can legally give me” partially to be funny but I was also 100% serious, I wanted my garbo food to swim. It’s not the end of the world but I was just very disappointed, it would have been 5 stars if I got my sauce.

This is without a doubt the worst Taco Bell in the area. They always skimp on the portions and under-deliver on quality. This time my cantina chicken bowl (pictured) was 2/3 filled and my chipotle steak burritos were anemic as well. Management here seems determined to rip off their customers. Go to the location in Marlboro if possible, it’s the polar opposite.

I honestly have ordered from this Taco Bell so many times and every time I go there is something wrong with my meal. Usually it’s they forget something small so I just brush it off… but when you serve me my entire order wrong after giving you my service often and me repeating my order in the drive thru 3 times to the cashier I feel the need to write a review.
My order:
A number 10 (taco and a grilled cheese burrito)
Swap out the steak in the burrito for beef add extra rice
Cinnamon twists
Side of jalapeno sauce
A Doritos taco for my boyfriend
What I received:
No jalapeno sauce
Cinnamon twists that tastes like they were prepared in 5 day old oil (they were not edible whatsoever) and smelled like paint?? Just a smell that if I ate it I would definitely get sick.
My grilled cheese burrito ONLY consisted of steak, tortilla strips, lettuce and a LOT of sauce. No rice or beef at all. Rice is the main ingredient in the Taco Bell burrito.
That also made it to the trash bin. It was like eating a pile of slop.
Can’t even get a refund because they gave me no receipt

The take out order of KFC BBQ and regular krispy chicken meat was all mixed up and the older male cashier placed the order of BBQ honey chicken only. No apologies.
The meat was way too fatty. We Spat out 1/3 of it beside the bones. Just couldn’t chew and swallow the gross amount of fat.
This older latino cashier, whether he was a manager or not, he didn’t interact with his staff or any customer in any humanly way. Just angry.
No wonder few people want to visit this place during the busy dinner time.

This was the slowest place ever due to online ordering. Every person working was helping these online orders, except one guy that wasnt doing anything at all, useless in fact. People that are actually in the restaurant stand there waiting like idiots behind all this online stuff, it literally took 40 minutes from the time we ordered our food until the time we got our food. The fact that we now live in an environment that is online does not mean we the customer should be standing there waiting 40 minutes because the establishment has not enough help..
I am turning 60 this year and j can day this is the slowest service I have ever received.. What makes me even madder is the employees just go about their business while you stand there waiting, nobody asks anything and you feel like just leaving but you cant because they have your money already and then everything stopped when the lady in front of me who ordered online had to say, my food is cold and stuff is missing, that took the entire staffs attention to fix that order, hence the 40 + minutes we waited..

The food is usually “good”. In other words it’s hot fast food. The problem is is you are not here any shorter than 20 minutes and that’s only waiting in line whether that be the inside or the drive-thru. Always seems really busy and not enough staff. The atmosphere is usually friendly, just really slow service. I actually stopped taking my clients here because the service is so slow.

Went back after having a terrible experience haven’t been back for a while . Went there Sunday on March and complete different attitude in there great service they were out of a item and substitution option was presented swift and easy. Food was cooked properly for fast food and timing was good day shift was definitely guy manager didn’t catch his name was definitely on key.
