The staff is genially friendly but I’ve ordered the same thing over and over and sometimes it’s good and over half the times it tastes like sink water.
The hot lids don’t hold up and will crack right at the mouth and u will end up wearing your drink… the cracking didn’t jsut happen once it has happened every time I get a drink.

The French Roast coffee is phenomenal, along with a choice of cupcakes as well. Always a great stop and the wait is only 2-3 minutes. Seating and table setting arecurrently limited, but enough for those who opt to sit while coffee is brewing. New ownership will be soon transitioning to a new facility across the street which offers a drive-thru, a service not available at its current location. They also offer breakfast bagel among other food item. Never a disappointment!

Im visiting out of state and have never been to biggby before. I ordered a butter bear frozen, it was delicious. Also the young woman at the drive through Monica, was super nice a friendly! Next time in in town I’ll definitely be back.

The girls who were working today were RUDE and rather lazy. I was passing through, heading to the airport so I called 20 mins ahead of time to put in an order so I could just pick it up and be on my rout. The one gal hadn’t even started our food when we showed up exactly at the time I told them I would. The other girl at the front counter huffed and puffed when I asked for a regular redbull because there wasn’t any in the cooler in the lobby. I did NOT tip because of my experience there. And as I was leaving, another girl yelled “YOURE WELCOME” very rudely as the door closed behind me. I am a first time visitor to Michigan and I’ll certainly come back, but NOT to the Alma Bigby coffee.

The staff was soooo nice! The coffee was also DELICIOUS! We had the campfire freeze This is the perfect caffeine stop. Highly recommend!

I’m a regular customer at this Biggby location, but unfortunately, my last two visits have been very disappointing.
The first issue was an extremely rude barista at the drive-thru window. I left feeling genuinely upset—something I’ve never experienced at any Biggby location including Alma.
Then, during my most recent visit today, multiple drinks in our order were incorrect. Most notably, I ordered a large mocktail but was given a medium. When I pointed it out, the drink was taken back, and within seconds I was handed a large cup that was clearly just filled with extra ice to make up the difference.
To make matters worse, the barista at the window was once again rude and did not uphold the friendly, welcoming service I’ve come to expect from Biggby.
I love this brand and usually look forward to my visits, but these recent experiences have made me rethink coming to this location. I hope this feedback helps improve service moving forward.

I avoided this one for months after they obviously tampered with my drink. The poor customer service was appalling anyway… but I was in town today and against my better judgment stopped here to hear the rudest conversations in front of customers.
Maybe a course on how to keep private conversations away from customers ears??

Manager Madeline so says, lied about correcting a refund which would take the owner to issue as she stated they don’t typically give customers receipts. Served a heavy heavy sugar filled coffee n thought I couldn’t tell the difference between French n sweet. So they blended me a gross cup of coffee for 5bucks even. Never got the email or anything I was told to to rectify this waste of 5 bucks. Coffee no good. Dishonest staff individual. Not worth checking out.

Even after tipping them a generous $5 on a $3 order, the girls at the counter were giving weird vibes and being super passive aggressive while handing me and my sister our orders. Before we even started to order, the girls were debating with each other which one should take our orders while glaring at us. Awful customer service, do better

Sadly the previous owner sold the Alma location and the amazing staff that was there at the time of my previous review are gone. They are all greatly missed as the service is no longer up to par as it once was.
