My server, Ymani, was incredibly empathetic and professional. She quickly consulted with the manager, who personally came to my table to explain how the menu could be safely modified so I could eat without worries and enjoy my time with friends.
The manager was familiar with Crohn’s disease and knew exactly how to help me, which gave me confidence and peace of mind when ordering. Thanks to his knowledge and attention, I was able to eat safely and truly enjoy myself.
I felt very happy and grateful. This is definitely a place where empathy and customer service make a real difference.
Thank you for making me feel welcomed and cared for!
This company handled this situation so distasteful. The restaurant literally flipped the issue so they made themselves look as if they did nothing wrong. As a company there was no accountability from upper management on how they restaurant made me feel they did nothing to show any type of empathy and accused me of things that I did not do this is beyond baffling I expected way more from a big named company like themselves. I respectfully will never go to this location. I do feel like they played victim, and they basically made me feel like my concerns were not heard and they had done no wrong when in fact there really was. Please be aware if you choose to spend your money here at this location. I highly recommend not going to this location awful customer service and management!
I posted the conversation to show how the restaurant location completely made up lies and deception to make them look like they did no wrong and that I was the “aggressor” when in fact I was not and they choose to treat me racially per the hostess in the front and so management can think that they did no wrong which is crazy for a company.
From the moment we sat down, Scarlet brought the energy, confidence, and precision of a headliner on a sold-out tour. The service was flawless — fast, attentive, and genuinely friendly — the kind that makes you feel like a VIP, not just another table.
The food? Straight fire. Every bite was on point, cooked perfectly, and delivered hot and fresh. You can tell when a server truly knows the menu and takes pride in what they’re serving, and Scarlet absolutely crushed it.
If you’re coming to Twin Peaks and don’t get Scarlet, you’re missing the main act. Legendary service, killer food, and a vibe that turns a great meal into an unforgettable experience. I’ll be back — front row.
Highly recommend.
Well, we arrive exactly 15 minutes later and the place is packed. I politely asked about our previous conversation, and she simply said, “Well, we’re busy now…” She then told us it would be 25 minutes. Against my better judgment, we agreed to stay. One of our guests later went up to check how much longer, and she told him our “table for 2” was almost ready. He explained that we needed a table for 15, and she replied, “Oh, I only put it for 2.” Wow.
After another 15–20 minutes, we were seated at two separate tables, not even together. But fine—let’s eat. We ordered roughly 75 wings, fries, and drinks. The fries came out first and were actually amazing—great fries! Then we waited… and waited. No wings. Finally, after all the fries were gone, the wings started coming out, half-cooked and rubbery. Many were red inside. I called the manager over, showed him the raw meat, and he said, “That happens with a tendon.” I’m not a professional chef, but I’ve eaten plenty of wings and have never seen them come out like that. (Photos included.)
He offered to remake them, but at that point—after over an hour and food being served in two separate rounds—I politely declined and asked for the bill. To his credit, the manager was polite and left the wings for others in our group to take home if they wanted.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place. I would suggest going somewhere with a staff that cares and understands how to properly cook the food they’re known for. Very, very disappointing visit, and we most likely will not be back.
What impressed me most was how personable she was friendly, genuine, and with a great attitude that made the whole visit even better. It’s rare to come across service that feels both professional and sincerely warm, but Jasmine delivered exactly that.
She truly went above and beyond, and it’s clear she takes pride in providing outstanding service. If you’re visiting Twin Peaks in Tampa, I definitely recommend asking for Jasmine, you won’t be disappointed!
Food was good. I ordered the chicken fried steak. The grilled green beans that came with it are amazing. Prices seem fair for the quality and amount served.
Overall, we will give it another chance. Everyone has a bad night. My suggestion, have servers focus on customers more.
When we arrived to pick up our to-go order, Sydni was at the hostess desk. When we told her we were there for a pickup, she immediately walked off to pack the order without asking for a name or confirming any details. When I told her to have a great day, she didn’t respond.
My coworker and I stepped outside to check the order and noticed one of the soups was missing. We went back inside to let her know, and at that time she was cutting and brushing her hair with scissors behind the desk, which I personally find inappropriate in a restaurant setting. I showed her the order slip indicating that a soup had been ordered, but she said we didn’t receive it because “there was nothing on the order.” I then pointed out exactly where the chili was listed on the receipt.
Additionally, I don’t agree with being charged an extra $6 to upgrade my meal for a soup that was only about halfway full (photo attached for reference). The bread on the chicken ranch sandwich was also extremely soggy, and the quesadillas were missing the corn and black beans that were supposed to be included.
Overall, this was not a good experience, and unfortunately it has left a negative impression.
The food came out in a timely manner and the price to portion was great. This is basically an upscale Hooters/Wing House. Food is way better and the service is far superior.
We will definitely be back during football season.
