Arrived at noon for lunch, 2 adults 1 child. Not too busy, but they are definitely understaffed. Staff was friendly and was working hard. Food was decent, not a lot of flavor, but came to the table hot. Salads came at the same time, would have preferred then prior, but wait staff was pretty busy. Sushi was average, but still ok. Most recent health inspection was 96 atmosphere is nice here.

Sushi was not very good. The lady at the front was rude about giving me my order. Stopped helping me to help a customer that came in after me. Spent $62 on about 4 rolls and she was acting as if my order did not belong to me. Like how many people have the exact same order in the email confirmation I showed her, with the exact same name, for pick up at this exact time? Do not plan on coming back.

This is my 2nd time visiting this restaurant. The first time was about two years ago. The customer service was great and the food was at a 3 out of 5. Waiter gave great customer service and we rewarded him with a $20 tip……but then when we left the restaurant he chased us down in the parking lot.
Reason? To ask us if we still had the customer receipt copy. Unless the restaurant steals tips from their servers I still can’t figure out why he would run out of the restaurant to chase us down…. either way it was a little bit embarrassing.
Bill was paid and a big tip was left so why chase the customer? Unfortunately my other half tore up the receipt and threw it away.
That is what knocked this review down to two stars.
Definitely won’t be returning to eat at this restaurant anymore!

I love Ichiban! They have great lunch specials and everything I’ve tried has been fantastic. My fave things on the menu are the rock n’ roll and the squid salad (sounds strange but it’s soooo good). Honorable mention: the super rainbow roll, sweet potato roll, Tokyo roll, east roll, and spring rolls. Can’t wait to go back!

While my server and other wait staff were friendly and attentive (shout out to Phillip!), the establishment itself is dirty and in need of attention. Sushi was a great price for the lunch special and food tasted okay. The salads were sloppy and looked like my toddler dumped the dressing on. The owners should definitely have a deep clean of the restaurant done. It’s not appetizing to see dust and rundown furniture when trying to enjoy a meal. I won’t be returning.

My wife loves eating here so everytime she has cravings for Japanese or sushi this is the place we go to. We probably have tried most of what they have in their menu, and I have to say they are all good. Overall they have good food and service so if you’re ever craving or wanting Japanese check this place out!

at first I was a little thrown off by the sushi options on the menu. It seemed like most were fried sushi rolls and im not into that. also a lot had fruit like mango or banana mixed in . Who mixes banana into a sushi roll. not this girl. Anyway, we ended up ordering 1 fried roll which I hated as much as I thought I would but my Husband thought was ok and then something called a Honey Sandwich Special. It had Spicy tuna, spicy salmon, mango, avocado, crab and was topped with fish eggs but we left out the mango!! We really liked this one a lot and have ordered it twice more already. It’s presented like a little sandwich too. Kinda clever.

Beautiful restaurant with great vibes. Our server Erica was great. Quick, kind, patient and knowledgeable about the menu she recommended a nice shrimp tempura roll. We ordered hibachi and sushi lunch options.

Atmosphere was great. Server, Arrica, was amazingly friendly and helpful! Food was spot on delicious. We had Steak lo mein, avocado salad, PTC roll and Dancing Dragon roll. Thanks for a great lunch date with my husband!
