Generally, I love red Robin, and the atmosphere is always fun and welcoming however, my last visit to the red robin on Douglas was quite terrible! Our waitress is not welcoming, nor was she willing to help in anyway. She was standoffish and rarely came to our table. When we asked for refills she would give us eye rolls as if we were ordering too much And it became very awkward that we didn’t even want to ask for any ketchup water or vinegar for our food. Thankfully, we called over another waitress who was incredibly friendly and had great customer service. She completely changed our feelings towards our meal there and without her intervention, we likely would never come back. She took our orders but three out of four of our orders came out wrong. We asked for no sauces on our burger, which was the feature at the time, but when it came out, it came fully loaded. When we sliced open the burger, it was fully raw. When we sent it back to the kitchen and received our replacement burger, we noticed that the first burger had a completely different bun (see photos below)so had we not received a replacement we would never have known what we would be missing out on(sesame bun!). Our friend ordered some sort of chicken salad, but it was missing the sauce on top. We pointed out on the menu. It was missing the sauce and got an eye roll. Unfortunately, we were unable to all eat at once so some of our friends were just sitting there waiting for us to finish. It was my partner‘s birthday, and needless to say it was quite an awkward and terrible experience in the end. I wish I was able to get the name of the server who was serving us so perhaps she could get some proper training on how to be more welcoming and friendly, especially as she is in a customer service role.

Gavin was my server on two visits and was upbeat and fantastic both times. Their burgers were so juicy. Had a small coupon issue, but the manager ( Fuhrman I think ) was very accommodating and reasonable. Staff was a little clueless about some deals given on website, but their customer service made up for it. Overall, a great experience!

I had a great experience at Red Robin. The service was friendly and attentive from the moment we sat down, and the food came out quickly and hot. The burgers were excellent—juicy, flavorful, and cooked exactly as ordered. The endless fries are always a highlight, and the staff made sure they kept them coming without us even having to ask.
The atmosphere was relaxed and fun, making it a great place to hang out with friends or family. Everything was clean, well organized, and the team seemed to genuinely care about making sure guests had a good experience.
Overall, a solid spot for a great burger and good service. I’ll definitely be coming back.

It’s been a while since I’ve eaten here. My friend and I were greeted with friendly welcome and seated instantly. I ordered a purple lemonade and a double stacked Shroom Burger. I liked that fries and drinks were bottomless. I ate a lot.

My favourite burger joint on the West Coast of Canada!
I first had this a few years ago with some family… when they took me here, I instantly loved the family burger joint vibe.. could see myself coming here once a week/month with my own family one day.
Food – 4.5/5 – Teriyaki Chicken Burger – I LOVE the teriyaki chicken burger, it’s so saucy and has a pineapple in the burger too, it’s just so great. The bottomless fries are big bonus too and so good… you really can’t go wrong for the price here.
Atmosphere – 4/5 – As mentioned, it’s a great family diner type of restaurant and a perfect ‘cheap’ eat.
Service – 5/5 Super friendly service; even when we were coming just before close, they still served us happily and helped make my burger the way I want it.

I have been stopping by Red Robin for the last several years after work. The bartenders/staff and management have been exceptional and super friendly. I can honestly say I have not had a bad experience. The food/menu in excellent and the happy hour that they started last year just put this spot over the top. Kyra and Dan at the bar are amongst the best/friendliest. I would highly recommend. Cheers Mike

We have become regulars since spring, Great happy hour! join the loyalty program You get free stuff all the time. Today we were served by Ryan. He gave us some of the best service we have every received in a causal restaurant. We owned a restaurant for 26 years and know a great server when we see one. lots of personality and great work ethic which is hard to find these days.
