We have ordered from this specific location three times and every time we keep having a problem with our delivery. First, the delivery driver forgot our pasta that we paid for, And the pizza it looks like someone tore a piece of the crust or took a bite out of the crust. We were willing to give this location another chance because the manager tried to make it right the last time our order was messed up, but then it’s been messed up again. I don’t know what’s going on with this location, but you guys need to get your crap together. Disgraceful, that you guys sent a pizza looking like this.

First of all they forgot to put the toppings on my pizza and second of all the crust was not special garlic like it was suppose to be the crust was flat and tasteless not impressed . Messed up, And gave us the wrong pizza and When we called to tell them and asked for our order to be remade like we ordered it, they claimed we ordered it correctly and they gave us the correct order. I checked my order on the website three times and I did not order what was given to me. The male employee on the phone was very rude and refusing to remake our order, even though it was incorrect, and we weren’t even given a receipt by the delivery driver. Can’t ask for my money back because it was paid with cash, but I will be filing a corporate complaint because this is a terrible service to refuse to remake an order and then lie saying the order was correct ,when I checked three times on my order history and I was not given what I ordered.

I waited over 5 minutes for someone to come to the pickup window and watched them on their phone. My tater tots..burnt, pizza.. burnt, and I ordered a 5 cheese dip and it is completely burnt to the bottom. Last time here.

On June 24, 2025, I placed my order at 6:33pm within the Domino’s app, and the tracker said “Matthew” was starting my order. Showing 12-17 minutes for my order to be ready (which would be 6:50pm), I arrived and sat in the drive-thru line for about 10 minutes (due to other visitors) and when I was able to pull up to the window, it took 2-3 minutes before someone acknowledged me.

When I gave my name, the young, slender blonde employee walked around looking for my order, then looked in the oven, and then the tickets near the window. At this point, 7:04pm, he opened the window and said, “It hasn’t been put in the oven yet. It’ll be about 10 minutes.” I said, “I ordered it 30 minutes ago.” At this point, the employee got a bit sassy with me and offered an excuse, “It’s because there’s only two of us and we have other orders. I’m sorry, but it is going to be at least another 10 minutes!” He proceeded to say I could stay parked at the window, but if someone pulled up behind me, I would need to move.

My food was finally ready at 7:12pm (almost 40 minutes from when i ordered it). When the employee handed me my food, his tone was still sassy, “Thank you. Have a good night,” is all he said.

The food itself was made as I ordered it and tasted fine. But I am very disappointed in my experience with the staff and the time it took for my order to be completed. I’ve never experienced such a wait at any Domino’s, not to mention the rude tone from an employee for a mistake that was not mine to own. If my order was going to take 40 minutes, instead of the 12-17 indicated on the Domino’s tracking app, perhaps a courtesy call would have been in order.

I guess my mistake was assuming that something was wrong with the tracker app since it had not progressed at all in 30 minutes, as well as assuming all Domino’s are created equal. Probably will be going to a different store the next time I have a hankering for pizza.

I pulled up to the window to place an order, I had coupons for three free pizzas. This location was listed to honor the coupons. The manager acted like he didn’t want to but took my order anyway. I was told 10-15 for the 3 pizzas I ordered. I pulled forward to the front of the store as there were cars coming in behind me. I proceeded to wait for 32 minutes and everyone in there saw my car pull up. It was still in the window view to see?! And no one brought me the order? Isn’t the point of a pick window to not get out of the vehicle? And if the order is finished, bring it to the customer?
I get out to go check on my order and the 3 pizzas are sitting there on the metal table waiting. Just waiting there. I am very disappointed because my entire family was at home, hungry and hadn’t eaten. Waiting for food when I was told 10-15 minutes. My ticket says order was ready at 9:32. I actually took the pizza in hand at 9:55pm!!!
This was unprofessional, poor communication and poor teamwork on the teams part for this store. It shouldn’t matter whether someone spending $150 dollars or $0.00, you should be willing to give the customer their pizza at the time you said you would! Be observant that they are waiting and bring it to their car when it was ordered through the pickup window!! Very disappointed!!
