Rhonda was great. Quick Whitty and funny. The service she provided was outstanding. Our food was hot and very good. We also opted for the Chocolate Pecan pie to finish our lunch date.

I did not enjoy the food so much but BRIAN!!! OUR SERVER!!! What a guy man. He was so accommodating and attentive and comforting during our visit. I hope he’s doing good! Good place overall.

To go order of campfire chicken, 3 meat combo with 2 vegetables. I ordered meatloaf, fried chicken, dumplings, mac n cheese, and my all-time favorite turnip greens. The greens were cooked southern style with smoked jowl. Good portions of food in to go trays. I was able to eat for 3 days. Comfort food at its best. Walking around meechandise portion of the restaurant brought back childhood memories of the candy and novelties from long ago.

We had an ok experience! It was busy, but not a wait. It seemed like the waiters and waitresses were busy. Each had a lot of tables.
We received our food relatively quick. Our service was ok, I ordered over medium eggs and received over easy eggs. We received our biscuits and had to wait on gravy for 30 minutes. We received the gravy after we finished our meal. Huge disappointment!!
The salt in our salt shaker was moist at our table. As me how I know, we attempted to use the salt shaker and nothing came out. Remove the top and the salt was clumping. We asked for a new one, the waitress said all were like that. Then remove them from the table, because the couple that sat down next to us, did exactly what we did and then ask for salt, to be told the same.
My grits were amazing! Overall full just ok because the food wasn’t served hot!

The young lady who brought it out was very nice. The food looked Amazing and tasted great. This is literally the first time in a long time I’ve had such a great experience at Cracker Barrel! I am so glad they have put their focus on the food because that’s what matters thank you

Server was pretty slow to keep up. But it is a pretty standard Cracker Barrel as far as atmosphere goes. The food was so good though. Fried chicken was outstanding!!

We recently ate here & everything was great! We were seated quickly, just before the lunch crowd. Our waitress was friendly & very knowledgeable of the menu & suggested a new Menu dish, that tasted great. All our food was warm & tasty.

We have been going to Cracker Barrel for decades. But this time Ms. Aubrey went above and beyond. Our children are still young, 7 and 4. They both somehow spilled there drinks at different times during the meal. Ms Aubrey cleaned it up with a smile on her face, got our food out on time, all at peak breakfast on a Saturday. Everyone believes that Cracker Barrel tastes the same everywhere you go. That’s not true. The service and the experience is what makes the food taste sweet. This was a very sweet meal.

My service there was a server named Jeffrey. He was amazing very attentive. Make sure that no glass ever made it to empty the food. However, it was probably some of the worst I have ever had at Cracker Barrel. Probably partially my fault. You should probably not get a steak at a Cracker Barrel, but the breakfast food that my wife got was also not good so the best thing we got was the cinnamon apples I don’t think you can really mess those up though.

Sadly a very busy night. I’m not sure why things were so confusing yesterday but unfortunately this is probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Cracker Barrel. My friend and I got there about 45 minutes early before our relatives joined us. We were sat and greeted by a wonderful waitress. Thankfully she was our waitress and handled things as professionally as possible. Our food took another 30 or 40 minutes to come out of the kitchen. Then two of us were informed that they ran out of mashed potatoes! Really?? How do you run out of mashed potatoes at a Cracker Barrel at 4:00 in the afternoon? Then I was told by a manager that she would come my side for my second dish because I was taking one home. Never received my second side which was supposed to be onion petals. I did get however a free piece of chocolate Coca-Cola cake. But I got absolutely nothing with second meal. Thankfully we were amongst friends and family so our time together was enjoyable. But the kitchen that night was loud and rushed and not organized. Lovely manager comped my cake but I’m sure there was miscommunication all around.
