Service isn’t the greatest. Took a while for us to get seated. The wait staff takes a while to come take your order. There was only 2 ladies and one gentlemen ( that seemed to be the host / bus boy). The girl came took our drink and food order. They are pretty cold bland attitude servers. She came brought us our drinks. Then our food a while later. We never did see her again, not even for the check. I had to get up and ask for it and to pay. Food is amazing though. Service just is not good in Mesquite. The place looks amazing and super clean!

I’ve visited this location five times and have spent over $200 each visit. The food is consistently amazing — it’s easily my favorite place for a boil. Unfortunately, the service has been disappointing every single time.
I’m not someone who complains often, and I’ve never been rude or made unreasonable requests. However, it genuinely feels like the servers are not properly trained. On multiple visits, the staff didn’t know the menu, couldn’t answer basic questions, and had to leave the table repeatedly to ask someone else. At this point, I know the menu better than some of the servers.
On my most recent visit, when it was time to pay, the server handed me the check and stood there waiting while my hands were covered in crab seasoning. I asked to wash my hands before reaching into my pocket for payment. She returned visibly frustrated, threw her hands up, and said someone else would “check you out because they’re better at handling tickets.” I’m still not sure what that meant, but it was unprofessional.
Additionally, after dropping off our food, she never returned to check on us — even after we made eye contact twice.
The food keeps me coming back, but the service experience has been consistently poor. I truly hope management invests in better training and hires servers who are attentive and take pride in providing good hospitality. Great food deserves great service.

This location is subpar, the food was not great. I expected the food to taste the same as the Carrollton location which I went to regularly. The Carrollton location is much better. The food there is 5 stars. Different owner /management and you can definitely tell the difference.

The staff took way to long to seat us and even longer to take our order. The food was ok but lacked the usual ump. The staff including the manager was rude. We won’t be visiting this location again. Please go to the Garland location to be treated like a customer and not a burden.

Tiffany ad Celine were great. After another location canceled the day before our party of about 20 people they took us the day before. They actually let me know they shouldn’t have canceled our reservation and if we liked we could continue the reservation at the previous location we decided that they would keep our reservation. They were great! Would definitely come back to this location just because of them. Thank you for taking us on such short notice and making my dads birthday special!

The only thing cool about this place is the name and colorful sign. $30 dinner served on paper plates, with plastic wrap plastic silverware. All seats wood and not comfortable no pads. I WILL NEVER COME BACK.

I will start with the pleasantries. The place was clean and smelled clean. We were so impressed with how clean it was and smelled. The hostess greeted us and sat us with ease. We all ordered soft drinks that were good. My mom and I ordered catfish tenders that were the most horrible tasting thing I’ve ever had. It was flimsy like, bad batter or something and no flavor. The onion rings and fries were really good. My husband ordered chicken tenders and they tasted like a bad bag of frozen chicken tenders. When we complained she was nice enough to smile and I don’t blame our waitress but it’s a young crew with little experience and didn’t appear to be a manager on duty to address our concerns. I’m willing to give the crab a try next time but it was too much money for that type of disappointment. I’m a foodie and it was really disappointing.
